Plus if it was thumbs up it would look like the guy was agreeing with the text on the picture. Teen Titans is ok. | Why is Robin the leader? Seriously. You're leading a bunch of superheros when you have no damn powers >< I dunno. It could be because he's smart, resourceful, and is more serious and determined than the rest of the Titans. Either that, or they're just following along with the comic. *shrugs* As for the Battle Blitz, it's OK I guess. It wasted my time (which was my goal when I played it.) It's a bit easy, since it is geared toward the younger peeps (I beat the entire game with the same move without taking a shot) I guess for most, it isn't worth the time. |

| (I'm amazed this hasn't been closed yet, come to think of it...) Ah, I see...So I'm a whiner now...Yep, just peachy. Perhaps I was wrong about this forum from the get go. People are about as touchy as I am here, but in a bad way... Battle Blitz is OK. If you have time to burn, you're bored, and you like Teen Titans, it may be worth it. I just wasted an hour playing it, mostly because I knew the only other site that USED to be worth my time visiting is HERE, and everyone keeps misjudging me. I forgot all about everything for that hour, and now it's back. Yea, it SHOULD be a thumbs up.  Robin is the leader because... Well, he was the one who started the group, for one thing. He's smart, resourceful, clever (he has good detective skills), serious, determined...Just like Slade, as the show emphasizes at the end of Season 1. When something goes wrong, he takes full responsibility and tries to correct it. That and maybe the creators were really annoyed at how Robin was originally portrayed...I mean, come on... "Holy Keelbasa, Batman!" I never thought I would ever like Robin, but I love the TT version of him. Cyborg has no super powers, Raven can't fully control HER superpowers, BB is a bit clumsy, and...Well...Starfire's just Starfire- she doesn't quite have the average superhero attitude. |

| The creators of the show wanted us to make sure we don't view Robin as in 'Batman and Robin.' They say they aren't planning on ever mentioning Batman at ALL through the series, as they want this Robin to be a totally new character- which he is, from what I've seen of Robin. I think he's perfect for the roll- a bit too serious, a bit too focused on hsi work...Of course, the other members equal things out, which is the whole point. You've got Raven, of course, to neutralize any comical situation- though she has a habit of making them even funnier with her smart-ass remarks... Oh, and Hiryuu... No, you're wrong...There IS something you don't understand...ME. You think you do, but ya don't. If you knew me in reality, you would realize just how silly a lot of what you said sounded, but...Think what ya want. As far as that whole mess is concerned, people can get off my back already. I think Yoshi ARR might have realized that she doesn't know me as well as she thought, because it seems she actually wants to apologize, after my ten times of apologizing for whatever it was I did so God-awfully wrong... So people can leave me alone now, and stop sending me nasty PMs, thank you very much. I'd appreciate that. Um...Well, I somehow doubt anyone here is actually interested... But just in case, the last episodes of Season 2 are scheduled to be aired on May 5th and 6th at 6:30 and 10:00 pm both nights. The show has been slated for four seasons, POSSIBLY a fifth (they're not sure yet) and maybe some type of 'direct-to-DVD' thing. Like a movie, I guess...It may be about their origins, but who knows...? Any fans of the show have no-doubt realized that we know little-to-none about their backgrounds...We know a tad bit about the girls, but other than that... I GUESS you could say we know about Robin, but not necessarily...The show itself hasn't told us anything. I personally want to see Tamaran, which is what some episode later on plans on doing... And the comic books this show is based on REALLY freak me out...They're creepy... |

| I think we're being a little hard on Smasher. I just talked to him, and he's right. It's not our place to judge people, no matter what they do. Let them do what they want; he didn't mean to start trouble on this thread, but you people warped this into a flame war and just giving half-assed opinions on things. Smasher is a good person... from what I know. He didn't pose a threat. But we all took his topic and made into a thread for hating this show. So what if he likes Teen Titans? Good for him; he marches to the tune of hios own drummer, and if you can't respect his decision, well then fuck you. I deal with enough ostracism each fucking day. I should know better. I, unlike you all, apologized to him because I knew I was wrong. I think Smasher deserves an apology and we should all remember to act grown up and decent to each other.
