| Cheese is good. I particularly like "Tasty" cheese varieties when they are melted on top of stuff (ie, toast, pasta bakes) I like fresh Parmesan cheese on pasta too. Not the pretend stuff, REAL Parmesan. |

| Yes, I know what blue cheese is. I also know that a lot of people consider it to be a delicacy, and really good (!?) blue cheese is highly prized. The closest I get to eating "blue cheese" is some with some white in it, which was not really my thing, but is a lot milder than the blue stuff from what I hear. |

| I don't care what any of you say. There is nothing quite like the taste of freshly grated cheddar cheese. That, and mozzarella in any form. Yum. And now, a side thought...  Squeezy Cheese. Cheese type product in a can. I used to eat this stuff when I was a kid. Now, I can't really stand it nearly as much as I used to. Discuss. |

As long it's not directly taken out from a fridge (it dosen't taste much when it's cold  ), yes I love cheese. I'm quite fond of flavored soft cheese, usually shrimp soft cheese. And brie, which is wonderful together with biscuits. And then there is this type of cheese which I forgot the name of. |

I can't stand the stuff that comes individually wrapped. I haven't had it in so long that I forget what it was called, but I think it was processed cheese or something. It looks like this though  I do like block cheese. This sort of stuff, if you don't know what I'm talking about. If I'm making something to eat that requires the addition of cheese, that's always what I go for, unless I have no other choice  Both of those only apply to when I'm eating it by itself, however. If I'm eating a hamburger, or pizza, or some other food that has cheese in it, I'm more than likely to not give a second thought to what kind it is, and just dig in  |
