| "Protect me, Guardian!" "Protect me, Yiusi." They share the same thought as Yiusi holds the blue Yiusi Ball up to the slash. Even though the Yiusi Ball is hit, Yiusi takes some of the damage because they are one. But still it's effect is in play; the effect of reducing physical damage. And still, each hit they take gathers more data from Odin about his offensive and defensive techniques. "It's a curious thing how you can break my Black Portal attack with just a thought. But if there is one thing you can't break... it's the bond with my Yiusi Ball. Already I feel us becoming one with each-other again... It's an unexplainable feeling, and soon it will be your downfall. Attack again, Come on." Yiusi lightly tosses the ball in the air, and it soon begins orbiting circles around her... faster and faster, until it's moving so fast there is a solid dome of energy around her. The Yiusi Ball is now moving at the speed of an electron, making a light shield. Any attacks that come in contact with it, data is abosorbed by the ball... but the shield can come down easily. It protects her from every angle. And meanwhile, the Fairy Dragon attacks again with a slightly stronger holy blast. It's trying to fight it's hardest without wearing itself out... | Odin's laughter kept up as the blast neared him. He held his hand up to it and actually stopped it! He took the blast into his hand and formed a small ball. He hurled the ball right back at the dragon and then turned to Yiusi. "You are taking to long to figure out what I'm doing. I've already broken down your dragons attack into every little detail. The ease of just stopping the attack is laughable. You have to be stronger than that." Odin held the hand out that he caught the dragon breath with and focused energy into it till it was glowing. "We'll see how strong your guardain is after this. Destructive Fist!" Odin charged forward and punched, not at Yiusi, but at the barrier itself, trying to break it and then catch Yiusi with the rest of the explosion. |

| As the blast engulfs the barrier, Yiusi is mostly unharmed but the Yiusi Ball is knocked out of the sky. It returns to Yiusi's hand deftly. "So are you saying that you and I have similar powers?" Yiusi askes. "It sure seems that way to me." Yiusi tries a new technique. "Dimmensional Ball!" She throws the Yiusi Ball again, and it turns into a magenta glowing blob on it's way to Odin. Upon contact with anything, the ball will emit an explosion, 8 or 9 foot radius, that does psychic damage; not a lot, but enough to stun a foe for a moment, especially if the foe was caught in the center. The Ball then would return to Yiusi's hand. Meanwhile the Fairy Dragon tries dodging the returned attack, but it shaves his right wing, injuring it. Flying higher now takes more energy, so the Fairy Dragon now flies closer to Odin for some close-range combat. |

| "No, your powers detect the fighter, I don't any powers. I just know how to fight." Odin saw the attack comming and actually dducked right when it went over him and side stepped as it came back towards him. He looked at the dragon and just ignored it, looking back to Yiusi. "See?" |

| "Ah, a little cooky are we?" Yiusi says, laughing. "Okay then. Hiya!" Yiusi thrusts her hand in the air, and silver light shines from it. Behind her appear two silver portals, shimmering with light. That's all she does for now, because opening two portals at once takes a lot outta her. "Guardian! I feel that cosmic energy building up within me!" "Calm down, Yiusi. We're about to merge." 3 turns before the transformation... |

| "Blade of Destruction!" Odin jumped into the air again, and shot a blast from his sword that shot right in front of Yiusi. Aimed at the ground and not her. The resulting explosion sent a slow shockwave over the area as Odin wondered what to do next. |

| "Looks powerful," is Yiusi's comment as she eyes the shockwave. She throws her hand in front of her, and the Yiusi Ball shoots out and raises a small barrier. She intends to protect herself using the barrier, but the wave managed to plow through the barrier, weakening only a little. "Oops..." The softened attack hits her, and this time the Yiusi Ball doesn't offer the resistance as it has already done something recently. She is knocked down momentarily. "So remind me again... Why are you and I going at it like this?" The two portals behind her pulse for a moment, and a summoned creature appears out of either one. Yiusi's two new allies include 'Li'l UFO', a small, silver disc-shaped object with eyes, and a genuine Waddle Dee (common Kirby enemy). Both creatures are NOT very good, but the fun thing is that the two silver portals are to each make 1 weak summon every 2 turns until the 5th summon. Odin may be surrounded by henchmen if this keeps up! "My next technique is very important, so I need a while to warm it up. Fight my friends for a while!" At that, the Yiusi Ball automatically hovers above Yiusi's head. They both start emitting bright light as they begin the merge which takes place over 2 turns. The three summoned creatures surround Odin and close in. The Fairy Dragon, being the strongest of the 3, is walking on the ground rather than flying, as it's wing was damaged when Odin batted it's attack back at it. (edited by Schwa on 02-20-05 02:09 PM) |

| "Your kidding right? You have barely been able to injure me, and you bring these three things to fight me?" Odin kicks at the dragon and throws a punch at Waddle Dee as the close in on him, trying to test out the strength they may have. It wouldn't be good to let this all just go on to long. |

| The Fairy Dragon quickly brings it's wings up to shield it's body, blocking the kick, and immediately lunges at Odin with claws for a counterattack. The Waddle Dee isn't so lucky... The punch drives it halfway underground, and it tries to wiggle free. The Li'l UFO fires a beam attack at Odin 3 seconds after the Fairy Dragon's attack, which doesn't do too much damage for a hit... And Yiusi continues to glow brighter. |

| Odin moved quickly, jumping back away from the claws and from the blast. He did another punch/kick move, a kick at the dragon and a punch at the UFO, trying to kill them. "You have to do better." |

| Once again, the dragon brings up wings to block, and once again his punch connects with it's target as well. The UFO is knocked out of the arena. Waddle Dee is still half-underground, and the dragon takes a time-out. (Though he blocked twice, the kick was still powerful enough to inflict damage.) Yiusi finishes glowing... When the light clears, the Yiusi Ball is gone, and surrounding Yiusi is a crystal-like prism emitting rainbow light. "This is our true power," Yiusi telepathically tells Odin. "We won't be needing the summoned ones anymore." The two portals and the two summoned creatures dissolve with those words. "Beware, opponent; nobody alive has witnessed everything an Oracle-Guardian bond has to offer." |

Instead of keep a hand free at all times and ready to jump, he held the sword with both hands and planted his feet firmly, waiting. He could feel the power this new thing had, but it wouldn't be that great after he was done. |

| "Yes, true power takes a while to perform," Yiusi tells him. "For Guardian and I, it happens automatically. Stay ready, though!" Yiusi is completely incapable of moving while in this form, but she has a wide arsenal of secret attacks... an arsenal that makes Yiusi seem like a living mothership of sorts. She begins by releasing three glittering white bolts into the air; they're Oracle-energy homing missiles. They fly high into the sky and then spread out like a jet formation once high enough, then circle down and fly at Odin from the air from three angles, homing in on him. Furthermore, Yiusi has enough data for the Oracle energy to become Odin's weakness (whatever that is) if the attacks hit! If the missiles were to crash into each-other, they'd result in quite small explosions with the same damaging properties as the missiles themselves. "And you still haven't answered my question... What is the purpose of this spar?" |

| OOC Odin doesn't have a real elemental or attack property weakness, he has a slight resistance to magical attacks, can block nonelemental, so really his weakness would be the only thing he hasn't fought, which in this case looks like pyscic. "Power." Odin slashed at one of the beams coming at him, actually deflecting it with a burst of energy in the sword. The other two beams hit Odin, but the damage didn't seem all that serious. "Good, I was right." Before the dust even cleared, Odin had jumped into the air and was coming down at Yiusi with a heavy slash. |

| OOC: Not beams, energy missiles. "Power??" Yiusi can't move while in this form, and is forced to take the powerful blow. It, however, doesn't seem to do much. The Prism has incredible stamina, but the downfall is that it can't move, and if it does manage to fall, Yiusi can't use the Prism form OR the Yiusi Ball for the rest of the fight. Either way, the Oracle-Guardian bond is only temporary and they will un-merge automatically after 12 turns in this form. 2 of those turns are already past. "Power, you say. Well, whom's power? Yours or mine?" Yiusi's Prism now begins emitting a series of piercing flashes of light, like a strobelight, in an attempt to dazzle Odin and throw him off guard. Meanwhile, it's also charging up an electrical field inside the Prism at the same time... |

"You really don't realize who you're fighting do you?" Odin lunged again at Yiusi, now catching on that she couldn't move, and began to flash as many times as he could, trying to break it down early. |

| As Odin strikes it once during the combo, a powerful electric current that had built up in the Prism the previous turn shocks Odin and may throw him backward. "Not really. Maybe you should tell me." Yiusi gathers the rest of the electric energy in a big sphere above the Prism, and fires it down at Odin. It's a slow-moving projectile but quite strong and shield-penetrating. Yiusi concentrates to keep the Prism intact. The more damage it takes, the more concentration is necessary. The Prism is very still, as if Yiusi is preparing a counter... |

| Odin started laughing as the lightning pushed him away, the lightning didn't pass through him though, rather it stayed in him, concentrating at the tip of his sword. "I AM human! The purest form of humans!" Odin kept laughing as the lightning started to arc around his sword, he pointed it at Yiusi, and disappeared, leaving fake images of himself everywhere. "I'm what all humans can become but none ever do, pure speed, strength, everything!" All the Odin's disappeared and the real Odin was behind Yiusi, shooting a lightning bolt at her. As soon as the lightning left the sword, he dashed in closer ready to attack again as soon as he got close enough. |

| Interestingly, as soon as the lightning hits the Prism, the Prism absorbs it and pulses once, sending a shockwave of Oracle-energy outward in all directions, strength equal to the power of Odin's attack. Reason: The Prism is more resistant to elemental attacks than physical attacks. Yiusi, from inside the Prism, was focusing on countering the next attacks that came her way. The shockwave that was sent out has the same damaging properties as all Oracle-energy (just like the 3 missiles). "Do you forget that one's life is more than just senseless fighting?" Yiusi askes. At the same time, another 3-barrage of Oracle missiles are launched into the air. They act just as before, spreading out and homing in from above. Yiusi stays in parry-mode. 8 turns and they un-merge. |

Odin didn't move as the shock-waves and missles all hit him directly. The oracle energy bypassed his armor, doing direct damage, but he didn't even flinch. "You want to learn what it is to be human right?" Odin stepped forward, his body looking worse for wear. His sword still at his side. "Negative Oracle Slash!" Odin slashed quickly at Yiusi sending out dark oracle energy in a shock wave. |
