I was looking to see if it was possible to change the Pokemon in the R/S battle tower and while looking for one of them, I stumbled across this line of hex:

9801 0191 2701 5500 3a00 5101 1800 0000

I recognize that the 2701 - 5101 is the moves (for those of you wondering, the battle tower poke i was looking for just so happened to be:

Latios | Shell Bell | Luster Purge | Thunderbolt | Ice Beam | Dragon Claw

Close to it, I came across another line of hex:

7900 291a 3900 5500 5e00 3a00 1811 0000

Which I soon recognized as another Battle Tower Pokemon:

Starmie | Lum Berry | Surf | Thunderbolt | Psychic | Ice Beam

Now my question refers to the values in bold above. Does anyone know what these values are?

I think...that it is the Gender, and Level...or, maybe, the 'ability' like Keen Eye. But I am assuming ._.
