I played the Trumpet in 5th grade for band, hated it so I quit the next year.

I sometimes diddle with one my dads guitars. He's a musician, it's not his job, but he basically has a small studio of some kind in his room, and computer, recording junk, 2 step pads, 2 Electric guitars, and an Acuistic one, and a few amps. But, I honestly hardly mess with them, a lot say I'm lucky, but I'm more of a gamer and just like to 'listen' to music rather than play anything.

And since I don't really like talking to my parents by my own free will I never really ask him about anying, one time he did show me the technique for "soloing" which was pretty hard.

Acoustic Guitar, Wet Bass, and Piano.
I have three Stratocasters, a 12 string, Pramberger Piano, and a Yamaha Keyboard (1990).

Also have a distortion pedal for my electric guitars to make some cool sounds! I can also synthesize my voice to make me sound like a robot or an alien while playing the guitar. Lots of fun!

Played the piano since I was 10. I quit when I was about 16. The best song I could play was "Just the way you are" by Billy Joel. Always played that during special times. Sometimes people would have me play during get-together or neighbor-to-neighbor parties.

Yeah, feeding mics through the distortion box is always fun. Me and my friends do that at our shows quite often. We've been trying to get it to sound like Libido Airbag.

Did you get the memo? We're talking reality here, sorry to say.

... But I must say it was fun playing the Mission Impossible theme on the Ocarina.

No, the ocarina is a real wind instrument. It is common in African and Middle Easten cultures. It also appears in Asian and Amerindian populations to varying designs.

Flute, guitar, piano, and a little bit of clarinet and piccolo. I did violin for a year, but I sucked and moved on to the flute. Which I am kick ass with.

All of them for about 5 years, not counting my violin experiences of 5th grade.

Oh and I did percussion in 8th grade for a semester, but my teacher told me I was better playing flute and made me quit.

Every afternoon I always sing songs from Red hot Chilli peppers, aerosmith and other good ones for scape from techno, bakalao and latin rithms that attack us nowadays. Thanks to that I've improved a lot, so in the Christmas concert at school, Breaking a bit with those boring carols, I made people weak up with two friends (one played the piano, simulating both gitar and bass; and the other played the battery, he's a crack!; and I sang) We played Otherside and Californication, both from Red Hot Chilli peppers and it was really cool! Maybe in the Course End festival we play another pieces, in Saint Valantine we were about to play Scar Tissue (RHCP) and Fly Away from Here (Aerosmith), but at last it can't be -not enough time and info abut if this year the festival will be done or not-

Woah that sounds awesome ~[=.. I'm so excited I got my school's chorus to do "Bohemian Rhapsody"-- I'm hoping it turns out good. If it does I want to suggest "Because" by The Beatles.. Hard harmonies but if we could pull it off it would sound -so- nice.

Yeah I sing. I play the guitar to ~[=.. and a bit of piano. The only professional training I had was at LaGuardia Highschoool in Manhattan.. great place though I only went there for a year. So now I know alot of classical peices and that's where I began to learn pianoo. Now I just study on my ownn and in school a bit.. it's good.

Music makes me all fuzzy inside ~[=..

Yes, obviously, but my point being the context that Yoronosuku put it in was that of a videogame.

Guess I didn't make sense.

Eheheh....my kind of topic I'm a keyboardist at heart--I have a Webber upright, crafted circa 1988..pretty nice, its been kept in well tune and it has such a lovely sound, for an upright at least. It serves its purpose. I also have 3 synths-- a Yamaha SR-190 circa '97 (no longer used...it's not even GM compliant, and it sounds utterly cheesy), a Casio CTK-671 (lovely, lovely synth) and my pride and joy, my Casio WK-3500. This sucker does everything I could possibly need to the extent of what I actualy do as far as music goes (I say this because it lacks such features as say, an on-board sampler. But I could care less, it has a floppy drive ). I've been playing piano for 6 years, I love it

I'm also a drummer...my entire set is crafted by Pearl (the exact make escapes me..), though its just a basic set...Kick drum, High, Mid, and Floor toms, a kick and snare, a hi-hat set and a crash-ride (I want to get a seperate crash..and a double bass pedal ). I also own a standalone snare, the make and company also escapes me..but I used to use it for concert band stuff back in elementry/middle school, and its been in decent working order It also came with a glockenspeil...I havn't touched it in ages, but I could rip on that thing (Coincidently, I want to buy a vibraphone, as I can really tear up the one at school ) I've been drumming about as long as I've been doing the piano, though I just recently took up set drumming the past 3 years (Still, I'm quite decent )

My final instrument I play is a guitar..Fender Squire, hardly anything spectacular, but since I'm still learning I figured I'd hold off on something expensive in case I didn't catch on(though I'm starting to regret that idea ) I use the amp that came with it..also a Squire, again nothing spectacular. It has the shittiest gain EVER so I use a Boss DS-4 (I think thats the make..) distortion pedal. Though the amp dosn't quite do it justice, it's a sweet thing to have in any guitarist's arsenal

Just for record's sake, I also own an ocarina, and a panflute (horribly crafted, the tuning isn't right and some pitches are missing ) which I can't play worth crap...though I practice from time to time There's also an accordian sitting in my basement--it's my dad's, he used to play way back when, Though the strap is broken, I've only atempted to play it twice. Utter disaster Oh, and for all intents and purposes, I also own a kazoo Music's just kinda my thing...

I play the keyboard. A little. Not very much. Did for band for two years. But I wasn't really that interested (more of a blow-off class). Can still play Simple and Clean, which is the awesomeness. Also, Rick's theme from Kirby's Dreamland 2. Apart from that, I don't much have the patience to learn.

Oh, and I play the cowbell. I gotta have more cowbell!

Isn't it ALWAYS a blow-off class? Kinda like chorus. (Full disclosure: I was never in band.)

No. Definately not. Well, at least at my high school (in the UK) it wasn't, seen as we had the best music teacher in the whole of the UK, who wrote a musical every two years! Especially around musical time, we were practicing 8 hours every saturday and sunday, and an hour after school each day. I enjoyed it tho! Got to tour the UK at 15
