But this has made it worth it. So entertaining. I disagree with how the demotions were handled, not because of my position, but because of how it was handled in general. The "committee" should have been either Milly, Milly + admins, or Milly + all admins + all full mods, because that would have been fair and actually represented the staff (and it would have effectively avoided a lot of this). | Past this, I give up. If you want to ruin this community farther, that's your choice. I'll just give you some parting arguments. The details of how it would happen are explained here. Users had a choice in the matter; should we accept and see what they've got, or just say no? Guess what. They said yes. They had every chance to say no, to argue against it, to give their opinions on it. Few did. That's it. No other arguments, nothing. That's all I have. But one last thing; Yiffy Kitten, they don't owe the board an apology. It may, indeed, have been handled wrong, but someone should've pointed out those problems early on, and possibly had more people bring it up if it was so important. They (6 people -- not just three, like all of you little shits think) asked for the sheer sake of finding out what the fuck people wanted. They wanted a staff change. Guess what they got. A staff change. You can claim backstabbing all you want, but it doesn't matter. If you're that goddamned concerned about a powerlevel, you shouldn't deserve it. It's not a status symbol. It's a fucking trust that you will do your duty to the community you're staffed on. Losing this powerlevel just says that you weren't around enough, didn't do it right, or whatever. If being a normal user again is such a fucking big deal, leave, just like you said you were going to. Whatever happened to that? I thought you were leaving, you said that quite a few times. Yet here you are, whining about your loss (and several other ones, many of which were handled quietly , without being an ass to everyone or 'repaired,' including Rydain, who (SUPRISE!) was being tossed between Admin and Full mod during the log, which one of your little lapdogs conviniently posted. -- And, with that, I'm out. Feel free to further destroy this community, it's already on that path thanks to you. |
