haha... I tried to click reload to see if I can get the images, then I looked at the page source.

I thought about having Doom (original) ported to NES... but I think SuperNES is about the minimum to enjoy that game.

From what I understand, it's not bad, just very dark.

That's about all I've noticed, it has great lighting.

Play that game, then play Half-Life 2 and get a kick in the nuts.

I don't remember any physics in Doom 3 other than having some fun pushing boxes over unto the floor. Not to mention almost the entire game takes place inside, small corridors. Kind of gets lame.

For those of you who have played "Garry's Mod" for HL2, I'm sure you can fully appreciate the games engine.

It's supposed to be dark. It's part of the game. Some people don't like it and it's easy to poke fun at. There you go.

Well, for one, you'd be on Mars and there'd be monsters after you. I wouldn't worry about the lighting if I were you.

Enjoy? Have you PLAYED that crapfest? The producers ported it because they COULD, they never bother to think about whether or not they SHOULD.

Doom 3 is also much more demanding than HL2 .

It is hard to say what is better, seeing as Doom 3 and HL are kind of like peanut butter and chocolate. Both are good and similar in many ways, but have a thick dividing line that makes them taste differently, thus allowing for opinions to be formed. It would be interesting to see an article comparing and contrasting them part by part.
