Those that are negatively affected by this, it wasn't one of those easy decisions for a large amount of people. In fact the logs span quite a long amount of time as I recall. I wish to impress my thanks upon those that showed for the meeting on Sunday and those are on the old staff that might not be there now the deepest thanks in the work you've given us for a job done completely out of selflessness and your own free time. The only thing that is left is to put a few normal members to staff and we'll be talking about that soon, so stick around. Yeah, but they're so easy to do when your an admin. The hardest bit is the planning stage, not the select the powerlevel from the dropdown box stage.  I guess it's a good idea to remove old staff before adding new, and this isn't as drastic as that staff change when everyone got demoted and then re-promoted. (At least, I think I saw such threads on the overclocked Acmlm board...) |
