| Ok I'm new to this forum, but some of you may remember me from twilightRO or meepyRO; probably not, this is unrelated anyways. It starts at home. I live with my parents and I'm in high school in CA, moved over a year ago from NH because of my dad's job. I have severe asthma and am basiclly on constant medication crap so I don't short out (pills, inhalents, etc). It turns out I am allergic to basiclly every plant in CA and over here i have almost no friends. Thats not even one of my problems. Both of my parents are crazy perfectionists who hate me cause i dont get all A's and i failed Honors English last year; they see no meaning in life except: work, eat, sleep, rinse and repeat. I had my conputer confiscated and every day is a headache of constant shouting. Out family is steeped in shitloads of debt and I am blamed for it since I am a fKitten Yiffer. Recently our house in NH which we have to sell was destroyed by a ravaging giant squirrel, all the pipes burst, and the floors collapsed. I went with my mom to help with repairs (but mainly since she didnt want me to use my computer, watch TV, or something) and even staying in that cold house felt better than here is CA, both physically and mentally. Then, when i get back to CA, I have to deal with my insane dad's constant chouting and threats that "No one will hire you since you are too disorganized and stupid". Although i can normally deal with him, then i have to deal with school. At school, i take the normal two honors classes(math and english), orchestra, language (japanese II), a science (biology), and history. I do ok at most of the subjects with As and Bs on the whole, but then there is this one teacher who is really ruining my life, my biased, evil, incompetent history teacher. Its not just grades although, although he manages to fail ONLY me and give everyone else a A or a B. He accuses me falsely, implies im racist, singles me out, disregards my excused absences, and marks all my papers impeccable typed MLA format as Fs, while everyone else scribbles 3 lines and they get As. Once i got up to staple a paper, and he gave me a detention fro getting out of my seat. Once i missed a test and he gave me and ME alone a nine essay five paragraphs each test. Then he halfs my grade on that to a 50 since i didnt make it up in 30 minutes. This asshole lets anyone but me off scott free for coming in to class over 15 minutes late but once when i was on eminute late since i needed to go to the bathroom, he gave me a detention. All the jocks and girl athletes in the class suspiciously have 100% in the class although they dont hand in sht and apperently do crapy on the tests. Then there is this mentelly retarded kid who sits next to me. He is so fucking annoying and it looks like all the blood that should have been in his brain is in his face. He is the perfect image of a naive stupid redneck but far stupider, and not anyone who lives in Texas. LIke someone from the 1950s who got rich off his fathers oil money. Then recently someone stuck gum all over my chair while i was at the bathroom, and I told the teacher (a sub at the time). She told my history teacher and he then promtly said "Are you saying that someone stuck gum on your chair?" I said "Yes, since it wasnt their before when i left the room." THen he said, in his excact words "Are you saying those Latino girls behind you did it?" I of course did not say anything of the like and said "They could have done it, it could have been anyone in the class." Then he asked something really stupid. He said "Then did you stick gum on your own chair?" Why the hell would i stick gum on my own chair and sit on it? Then nearing finals he calls and lies to my parents that i dont do my work and that "He only come when he wants something". Why else would i come anywhere near him? By the way, he is managing to fail me somehow. OK, well thats the summary of the most fo my problems. Now I dont intend to let this history teacher get away with this. can any of you suggest anything. I thought of a couple things. 1. Learn to hack into Novell, and screw over his grade records. 2. Make his life a fucking hell by all means necessary (arsonist style) 3. Get a recording system and ruin his reputation. 4. Burn down his house 5. Drop his class, and learn how the school system works and then get him fired. 6. Frame him for a crime. 7. Scatter the school with the truth about him. 8. Make a battery bomb, blow up his car., etc, etc Well, thats the entirety of it, I'd appriciate any help you guys could give me. (edited by Samur4iX on 01-16-05 02:51 PM) |

As Cymoro suggested, let whoever's in charge of the school know about the teacher. Honestly, all your ideas are something I can understand someone in your situation doing, but they all carry a consequence that would fall on you as well as on him. You could try talking to someone that's a guidance counsellor in your school. They may not be the best of choices, but I know when I was in high school, they were the ones that always had something to say about my grades if I was doing poorly. Your teacher has no reason to be able to do that sort of stuff to you. I don't know how things are where you live, but you may be able to take a summer school course to go through the class the right way. That is, unless the same teacher would teach that class  As far as the kid that sits beside you, I'm sorry to say it, but you're either going to have to get used to him, or find somewhere else to sit in the class. Everyone in the school, whether retarded or not has a right to be there, as long as they're registered students, etc. When it comes to your parents being angry at you, try explaining to them what your teacher's doing. By what you said though, I imagine they'd think you were lying, so if you go to whoever's in charge of the school, and tell them about your teacher, make sure to ask them to make a call home explaining what's going on. | Tell your principle or the board of directors that deal with your school and tell them and/or possibly show them your work that seems to be way better than an 'F' grade. Like make a petition and have people sign it about the teacher. Then give it the board of directors before or after you talk to them about the teacher. But I'd do the petition first then show them and talk to them. As for your parents I don't know really what to tell you but just to hang in there. |

| Those "radical solutions" to problems aren't going to fly here and they're not going to fly if you try to put them into practice. I have an extremely hard time believing that one teacher would be that biased towards a student in this day and age. IF you're telling the truth, then you go to the principal and take it from there (to the school board, etc.). |
