| apparently there is this program called Steam-Down...im unaware of if it is illegal or not...but *** has a direct link to the program, and they dont even allow RO private server discussions..let alone links..so im not sure, but it really works...CS, and HL work fine, and it took like 15 mins to get HL and CS1.6...its been around for months, and steam isnt doin anything about it. hehe HL2, is almost done DLing. and no...this is not one of them spam threads... | My guess is that it's obviously illegal and I wouldn't use it if I were you - I don't know how detailed Valve's server logs are, but my gut says that they could figure out who's screwing them over pretty easily. |
