| I thought I'd make a thread to see if there's a noticeable decline in typing/sensemaking when I get drunker. Of course, the fact that I'm even making such a thread should indicate that I'm getting up there, to those of you that know my posting habits. (the word posting took me 3 times to type correctly) I've got to cut this post short, because nature calls, but I should be updating this all night, unless I'm called away by unseen forces (my girlfriend). | Wow, when I clicked on this topic today, I thought that I had forgot about it early last night and left you all hanging. Then I read my last post. I don't remember writing it at all. Trapster: I do have a high tolerance. Maybe the most per pound of anyone I know. And I had 3 or 4 beers and maybe 8 or so shots of rum. Jesper: I assume you're being fecetious. Ha, re-reading my posts, I just noticed that in my first one I was kinda drunk, and in the second one, I denied my drunkenness (which I always do when drunk, at least in person). |

| Hehe...this reminds me of, oh, 3 1/2 years ago when I was tipsy and started a tale about Mr. Paper Towel in the story forum. More recently, I went out to this bar I'd never been to before with a friend from work and a bunch of his friends, got really fricking plastered, and wrote a nonsensical LJ entry about it. That was a particularly interesting night. I didn't get all of it in my journal, but I still remember most of the random amusement and coincidences that ensued. Some guy out on his bachelor night was there with a ball and chain around his leg, and his buddy called me over to sign his shirt with a marker. One of my friends' friends had a piercing done by the same artist who tattooed me freshman year. I also discovered that this guy from my bar league (the very nonserious league I bowl in) is a bartender there. Now that I write all this stuff out, it doesn't seem like much, but trust me, it was pretty interesting when I was schnockered. LiveJournal is having some severe technamicnical diffamaculties, so I can't get to it now to share it with all y'all, but I'll copy and paste it later if anyone cares. |
