Echo was proven to be faster.

by about 0.03 seconds with literal millions of commands, but the finer details don't matter

or something like
MOV EAX, 0
MOV EBX, STRPTR
MOV ECX, STRLEN
INT 0x20

hmm... Don't remember the exact code ;p

I use print more... I learned PHP by modifying stuff in acmlmboard, which has (or had, not sure if it changed) print all over it hmm...

But I always go "echo mysql_error();" if I need to debug a mysql query for some reason...

"Do you use print or echo to create strings?"

I use the assignment operator to create strings:
$foo = "bar";

However I use print to output strings:
print $foo;

There's a difference.

<?php
$string1="hi";
$str2="you big fat idiot!";
echo "$string1 $str2";
?>

That's enough, right?

I remember print failing on me, Echo worked though. (and all i did was switch print with echo )

Print just sounds more generic to me so that's what I usually go with ... even though echo sounds a little cooler.
