So, what's everybody's schedule for the upcoming Spring 2005 Semester, eh? (for those of us still in an institution of learning, of course )

This year, I'm taking 3 subjects, the following:

Political Theory: Democracy and Politics in light of Idea-history
Public Politics and Administration: Institutions and Processes in Norwegian Politics
Comparative European Politics:

As for my schedule:
Monday: 12.15-14.00: Public Politics and Administration, 14.15-16.00: Public Politics and Administration
Tuesday: 10.15-12.00: Political Theory, 12.15-14.00: Political Theory
Thursday: 12.15-14.00: Comparative European Politics
Friday: 10.15-12.00: Comparative European Politics

I'm quite happy with this schedule. It's quite organized, and gives me time to focus on the upcoming lecture, without worrying about other subjects. All in all, I think I will have quite a nice next semester.

For this semester I don't have a 1st period, so I'll just sit in the library or whatever. And then I have Weightlifting 2nd period, Chemistry 3rd, and Art I 4th. Chemistry is probably gonna be the only class where I'll probably have to put foward some effort and do homework and all that, so yeah, this semester seems like it kicks ass. BUT...

Friday was senior day and I didn't know that my mom was there talking to my guidance counselor while I was buying my gown and all that. I heard her talking on the phone saying that the guidance counselor was like "Well, don't tell anyone, but Justin got all the credits he needed last semester, and didn't even have to come to school this semester." And she hasn't told me, although I know, and wants me to keep going so I "don't sit around the house and become a lazy bum".

I have PC2 first,a class to help me pass the A+ technologies certification test. Its awesome because the teacher teaches like a college teacher. He'll show a movie or a lecture and gives tests dates and assignments, but doesn't care whether or not you do them. I love having a teacher who doesn't jump down your throat because you talk and because your life isn't devoted to that class. Plus, he's really understanding when you have problems and willing to stay after and help any time

Second is geometry. My classmates have the IQ of rocks and the teacher is boring as hell

Third is AP prep British literature. The teacher's kind of anal, but I love reading and lit, so I'll over look it.

Fourth is German. This makes three languages I'm studying other than English now and it's great. Eight more until I catch up with the IB coordinator at our school.

This is the first time I've like my schedule in all of the years I've been in school. I have friends in all my classes, the classes are either easy or I enjoy them and it looks like it'll be a good semester.

Zero things period.

Can't because I'm currently in financial crap with my college just like the Spring semester of last year (it's horseshit but I've done all I can to appeal and bitch and fight over it...won't be reviewed until after the new sem starts up anyways, so I can't go). That said I am now a good year behind. If everything was how I wanted it to be right now, I'd have graduated from the college last summer. 61 credits out of the minimum 64 for my degree too. :\

Monday, Wednesday, Friday : 12:30pm-1:20, Math136 - Linear Algebra
Monday, Wednesday, Friday : 1:30pm-2:20, Math138 - Calculus II
Tuesday, Thursday : 8:30am - 9:50 (Ahh!), CS134 - Data Abstraction
Tuesday, 7:00pm-9:50 (Ahh!), PSYCH101 - Introduction to Psychology
Thursday, 7:00pm-9:50 (Ahh!), ECON102 - Macroeconomics

I hate this. It's bad enough the time schedules suck, but the fact that the idiots in the dorm won't shut up until 3:00am everyday makes living here a literal hell.

...7 AM school. GEEEEEZ, Danielle.

When I was in high school, our days were always from 8:50 - 3:00. Didn't have to get up super-early nor head home super-late. Plus I was a 5-minute walk away from school.
