hehe, just an update on everything. A few of the managers discovered that I was able to get to these screens which severely pissed them off... at the point of finding out how much other employees make that is. So it quickly spread through the store evading the store manager and the super-assistant manager. All the disgruntled employees (which were all disgruntled before finding out everyone's payrate, but just became moreso after that) have now set plan to all quit the same day - Valentine's Day. It is our next busiest holiday so we'll ALL be scheduled to work that day. The plan is that during each shift everyone will quit and leave right then and there, leaving two managers that only one of which knows how to take photos. (It's a photo studio btw). The only employees that won't be in on this mass-quit are three new people who haven't been trained to take pictures yet. I think I'm most curious on what kind of desparation tactics the store manager will employ to get some of her photographers to stay. The bulk of the employees won't be influenced by money because they've already secured better paying jobs for when they quit (myself included), so I think there will be almost no one swayed by the promise of a raise (which even if promised would likely not be delivered). So we'll see how things play out.
