I usually either write something, blast my favorite CD, or play video games. All of those take my mind off of it. Just find something you enjoy doing to help clear your mind

Watch TV. Once I get started on the Discovery Channel, I find it impossible to stop watching documenteries. Maybe I like learning, maybe my wealth of knowledge about random crap needs topping up, I don't know but it seems to work.

University is proving stressful at the moment, I have three or four lives running at once. One academic, one social, one private and one proffessional.
I'm always worrying about so many different things at once. Usually its money, because it's the one thing I can easy get more of by working more, so I let it slide all the time. Then there's medication, seeing the doctor and trying to keep health issues going. Then there's exams, and then there's time to see Chad at the weekend, and it's a nightmare to even deligate the minimum amount of time to each worry.

The key is prioritising. I can afford to ignore money, so it's the least important because there's always overtime going at work. Then personal stuff and paying for medication, then seeing Chad, and then University on top.

Failing that, ignore everything and play videogames

I write songs, sing to myself, and dust.

It sounds odd, but cleaning really makes me feel better.

Yeah I understand for some reason hehe. It's weird because sometimes when I clean I can't stop..and I end up cleaning for a good while and it makes me feel better

I take my anger out on others. Not the healthiest answer, sure, but it's better than letting it eat at me
