| Spicey foods and I aren't friends. Pepperoni is too spicey for me, and most people don't even realize it's spicey. I eat a piece of pepperoni and then drink a liter or two of water. I love acidic foods though. Citrus fruits are your god!  |

| Just today I had some spicey chicken wings. They are a preference that I never overlook when ordering any meals. They aren't at the very top of my list, but its always a welcomed option with me however. |

| Go spicy food! I usually like it just because it tastes good, rather than because it burns my mouth. A lot of stuff just doesn't burn my mouth. It's kinda fun seeing how hot "too hot" is! |

| I don't mind a little bit of spice, but I have a fairly moderate tolerance of hot food. It also depends what it is... if it's a curry or something I really like but it's too warm, I'll tolerate the heat for a lot longer than with something I dislike. I don't go out of my way to buy hot food for the sake of buying hot food. I like a few things though, and really enjoy hot food when I'm in the mood for it. Oh, and I don't like these...  I don't know if it was the heat or the flavor as well, but after one of these I had to wash my mouth out. It *was* pretty hot... and not my cup of tea as far as flavor goes. | I like spicy stuff. For those who don't know, drinking water only moves the spices around in your mouth, actually making it hotter. Probably why you have to drink a gallon. Just eat chips or bread, it will go away quicker. | |||

| My partner used to put chilli and/or cayenne pepper on everything. After a while, I got used to spicy food. But my tolerance is still moderate... I don't go out of my way to eat a chilli.... wheras my partner quite happily will. But then, I think a lot of the appeal of hot food is well.... masochism. You people like hurting yourselves. Of course, the higher your tolerance to hot food, the higher your pain threshold is too.... |
