| I saw footage of it going into one of the islands. They weren't high at all! Maybe 3 feet. But there was so much water behind it, it just kept on plowing through. It did hit the west coast of Australia, but nothing serious at all. Australia and New Zealand have sent in a few Hercules helicopters full of supplies and everything. They expect many more deaths due to sickness. Everything's contaminated: Water, food, everything. Australia have donated $10,000,000 U.S have donated $25,000,000 Millions of people are now homeless. | Canada is going to make an official statement with a number of dollars that are going to be given to help the situation. Soon, I hope. My sources have been saying that Martin is going to do it within the week. On a really bad note, people are saying the INITIAL death toll could rise to 100'000 in a worse case scenario, because not all of the villages and provinces have reported damage. Then the disease and famine and all that nasty will set in. We're going to be in for a LONG haul. |

| They are now saying 60,000 initial deaths, a couple of TEN thousands more that are missing, and then there will be the disease that spreads... I wouldn't be surprised if we have over 200,000 deaths by the end of January, disease included. Could you imagine if it got up to over a quarter of a million? Insane... |

...if anything, I really want to go down there and help. If I could... I really want to help now.  Apparently, before I saw the news. I underestimated the damage...  Unlike WTC the death toll is getting higher and higher. And apparently alot of hurted peopel could die from something as a simple infection. Becuse of no help... I will donate money. I feel guilty if I don't... |

| I suppose theres nothing any of us can do..unless you wanna go over there...but also, now they say the earth is rotating faster O_o...and several islands shifted position several inches...if it was a more, we would probably need a new globe.. the news even estimated the deaths without cause from disease will be well over 100,000 | |||
