Nationalism. Arrogance.

I hear that.

Can't wait until the 25th though. I'm off from work, I get paid for work, and I have the palce to myself to relax and sleep and game. And no more long arse lines of people buying things and people who cannot drive in parking lots.

I find that funny about what you said Anya about people not being able to drive in parking lots.

Mine does too, and I already told you about the fact that three of the four of us who live in this house aren't even Christian...

But since Dad probably won't be home until the 26th, getting my gift a day early means getting it on the same day as most people get all of theirs. Dammit.

I'm opening my presents in about 8 hours. Yippe.

BTW: As I'm posting this, it's only one hour and forty-six minutes into Christmas Eve.

We're probably gonna open them in six hours, we always open it in the same time.

And the whole house is filled by the godly smell of Swedish meatballs, mmm...

And honestly Ham > Turkey, I hate Turkey.

Hah, I know that feeling. Bought ton of games for my sisters, but I had so boring time before Christmas that I finally did go around doing things. Like Repairing my NES controllers. Which was much more easier than I thought. >.> (thought it's still beyond me how two controllers have exactly the same error...)

Well, Merry Christmas, it's been Christmas here for 37 minutes.

All I've done so far this Christmas is wrap presents.

*sighs* I wish I could relax today...but today all those last minute shoppers will be out and asking the same question, "Do you have any DS (Ps2, Xbox, Gamecube)?" After a while, its just fun to say, "No! And don't look at me like that, you shouldn't have waited to the last freaking minute!!!"

They show Donald duck on TV right now.

...yeah strange tradition indeed, they show the same TV show every year with Donald duck and all... since the 60's/70's.

Heh, I don't do any last minute shopping here.

When it comes to opening presents, we follow the same procedure in Norway, as they do in Sweden (opening them on the 24th.) And talking about procedures.. in Norway, it is tradition, to watch this on Little Christmas Eve (23rd). (Well, that's just the script of though..)

Uh, and we also have that Donald Duck thingy, and we eat pork rib for Christmas. Or some people might just eat something nasty like lutefisk..

We're going to eat pork rib right now, since we're celebrating Christmas today, as people mentioned back there. Actually, the only thing I hate with Christmas is to wear those formal clothes. The clothes are like prison, I feel "locked in".

Apart from that, I wish everyone a Merry Christmas, although most of you're celebrating it tomorrow.

WHOO! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE!
I do my shopping in late November.

Heh, you should have seen the weather yesterday, it was just horrible. Blinding snow, tires spinning everywhere... Several people came quite close to crashing and/or running me over. Especially interesting was the ice at the parking lot entrance. Someone was pulling out as another guy was pulling in... He hits the gas but he doesn't go anywhere. So now the other guy has to slam on the brakes, but continues sliding, and just narrowly manages to steer around him. Then I walked across the pavement there and slid down the whole way, almost falling twice. Come to think of it, that's where a lot of near accidents have happened.

As far as traditions, we have some sort of traditional dinner like ham or turkey (ham this year ), and leave the Christmas lights on all night.

Oh, and I made a special Christmas thing. *ahem* And a one, and a two...

Jingle bells, Jaken smells, Kouga laid an egg!
Naraku's dead from a sword to the head and Myouga ran away!
Jingle bells, Jaken smells, Kouga laid an egg!
Naraku's dead from a sword to the head and Myouga ran away!
Dashing through the snow,
On a giant flying cat,
Miroku just got slapped,
For acting like a brat!
We've got to find a jewel,
To blast demons away,
Then we can sit back and eat instant noodles all day!

Now SING. *Holds up chicken* Er, where'd this come from?

Lovely song, Hyperhacker! Its in my head now.

Bad christmas for me this year, folks. Dad's on the dole, mums on less than average London wage, sis having to be on two jobs... *makes you wanna watch It's a Wonderful Life* We did all our food shopping and stuff on Wednesday and this morning but we don't exactly have a lot for presents. I think i may have got a jumper and thats it, but im not sure. Its pretty sparse under that tree.

That said, im sick to death of videogames (the only one I wanted my mum and sis wouldn't get 'because its imported from South Korea'. Jesus Christ, when has that ever stopped anyone?), my mum never buys me CDs i like and the clothes i get are usually too small. I'm happy that the only guaranteed present is a big wad of cash, since my mum knows she doesn't know what i want so i can get all my wanted stuff myself in the January sales... best part of the year, everythings cheap and theres none of the tacky bullshit like you get with Chrimbo. Merry Christmas everyone, and act irresponsibly!
