YOU USE CLAMPERL!!! Rock on. Rock the fuck on. \m/. Clamperl is the 1337est thing ever.

Anyway... I'll try and make corrections based on my knowledge.

Forretress has no need for Liechi Berry as it has no physical attacks. You'll definitely want to drop Giga Drain and Rest, and give it Leftovers. Over Giga Drain you'll need Rapid Spin to blow away opponent spikes; Rest should be replaced with Earthquake to give it acceptable power, and to OHKO any Magnetons that would try to trap it as they switch in. I would take 32 out of both defense and special defense and invest them in to attack just to give Earthquake a little extra umph. I'm aware this leaves you without a way to heal but if you play your cards right you most likely won't need it.

Mariowak: This set needs improvements. First off, Counter is exactly that - counter-productive. You should be primarily attacking with it, you don't want something that might not do damage; give it Rock Slide so it can hit flyings for good power, and for flinch capability against the slower things. Earthquake should also be replaced with Bonemerang, and give it Swords Dance over Brick Break so it can gain even higher attack power. Brick Break is utterly unuseful on it - Steels are also weak to Ground and normals will be hurt just as much by Brick Break as by Bonemerang (Brick Break = 75 power x2 from weakness = 150, Bonemerang = 50 power x1.5 from STAB, or Same Type Attack Bonus, times 2 from the two hits = 150). You may question Bonemerang - after all, both it and Earthquake have 100 power overall, but Bonemerang has less accuracy! The reason is quite simple - Substitute. Against a pokemon with a substitute out, Earthquake breaks the substitute, but Bonemerang breaks the substitute with the first hit then deals direct damage with the second hit, breaking their stalling tactics. The EVs need work, as well - they should be more offensively oriented. Don't bother with defenses, give it 252 speed and 6 HP.

Clamperl doesn't have the defense to support tanking and doesn't have the speed to get Barrier up quickly, though you can still stall if you use protect - Surf/Ice Beam/Protect/Hidden Power Electric, or if you can't get that, keep Toxic. The EVs are fine - I would use speed but defense is important on something that will be slower than most.

Metagross is all wrong - that just won't do. It's not a choice bander; it can't be, it doesn't work. You need to completely rework everything - give it the Liechi Berry you had on Forretress, and it's EVs should be something that allows it to outspeed Aerodactyl and Jolteon with one use of the move Agility - I suggest 252 Attack, 122 Defense, 96 Speed, 40 Special Defense. The main damaging threats Metagross faces are Marowak, Medicham, and any fire poke with overheat - if they're using Overheat you're pretty much doomed regardless of your special defense so it's pointless to give it too much. As for the moveset, the main things are Agility, Earthquake, and Meteor Mash. The fourth move is an opinion piece - some say Rock Slide to get rid of Charizard, which can Overheat you while being resistant to EQ and MM, but Charizard isn't common and regular flyings take equal damage from Rock Slide as from Meteor Mash, and you don't want too many things with accuracy that isn't 100%. Some say Sludge Bomb to get rid of the threat of Ludicolo, but like Rock Slide it's only really useful against one thing. The common idea is to use Explosion for when it's taken critical damage and can't kill what's out and needs to throw one more wrench in to the opponent's scheme (Explosion is also good because since you'll probably go first it prevents the opponent from making a move even if they survive). Next to Explosion, a lot of people (myself included) use Substitute to increase the chances of activating Liechi and to Disrupt pesky Weezings who would Will-O-Wisp you. It's really up to you on this.

The Shedinja is mostly nice but could use a few corrections. For one thing, you've got the right EV spread on this, and your item is right, too, but, it needs more power. Dig is counterproductive here, as if they predict it they can switch something slow but powerful in, and you won't be able to switch out as you're forced to take their hit; replace it with Swords Dance. Aerial Ace would be better as Silver Wind so that you have a chance of all stat gain; added speed is always nice. Otherwise, everything is perfect. For a first effort this is quite nice.

On Blissey, you've made the classic newbie mistake - Blissey is a special tank so it doesn't need defense, just switch it out if need be, right? Wrong. More than anything else, Blissey needs to be able to take as many hits as it possibly can - it doesn't need the special defense since it's already high and is complimented by the HP, but for the love of god, give it 252 HP EVs and 252 Defense EVs. Where the remaining 6 go is up to you, but it needs them defense. HP you may wonder about since it's so high already, but anything that helps it survive a physical hit better is wonderful, as there will be certain times where you can't switch out or absolutely need to heal your team when something physical is out, and if you can't take the hit, goodbye. It is complimented by a Bold personality, giving it a maximum of 130 defense. As for the set, give it natural cure over serene grace. You may be thinking "Now I know he's trying to lead me astray - Serene Grace is awesome!" And you'd be right about Serene Grace being awesome, but, it needs Natural Cure more. Say you switch in to a Sleep Powder, or get frozen solid, or poisoned so when you next switch in it'll be fatal - Natural Cure solves all that with a simple switch. It's quite necessary, lest you find yourself unable to heal when you need it most. As for the set, Aromatherapy and Softboiled are solid, anyone who doesn't use AT/HB and Softboiled on Blissey has no clue what they're doing, but T-Bolt and FB are questionable. First off, Blissey does well with Toxic or Thunder Wave, but it needs an attack - the best choices are Ice Beam and Seismic Toss. Ice Beam can freeze if they don't have an ailment, and you may find yourself in desperate need of a lucky break which it can provide. Secondly, Ice Beam takes down one of the biggest threats to Blissey, Salamence, in just two hits, and it allows it to take down Dugtrio, which it can't switch away from thanks to Arena Trap, if you predict when it comes in. However, Seismic Toss is good against things with high special defense that Ice Beam simply wouldn't cut it against, even if Ice Beam hits things Seismic doesn't, like ghosts. So yeah.

Whee. Thanks.

I swear those berry names change at random. I would have swore I put the one that restores sleep on Forretress. Which would of course make a lot more sense. However, I like your version better anyway.

How often do two physical sweepers end up fighting eachother? I figured it'd be fairly common, because back when I played used to play, it was basically two teams of fairly well built physical sweepers beating on eachother. That was the logic behind using counter. I never would've bothered to calculate out how useless brick break was there. And substitute is really comon? I guess that makes sense if everyone is competant.

How exactly does choice banding work when it's done right?

No other questions on that. I like how this works. Thanks.

Or, actually, I guess I do have a question. I remember back in the old days, playing Pokemon Stadium, my favorite mode was the one where pokemon were all limited to levels 15-20, with a max combined level of, I think, 100.

Do people ever play like that online? Any thoughts on how that'd effect the game? All I can remember is Dragon Rage utterly owning.

EDIT: And on your question about Gardevoir, I think the general build would be Toxic, Wil-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, and Psychic. Two HP drainers, a way to slow down the curing, and a high-powered STAB type of move for when that's set up.

Chesto restores sleep. Liechi ups Attack in a pinch (IE when your health is 25% or less).

Physical sweepers fight each other a lot - usually, people use things with high attack and high speed with not much defense. However, Few will bring one out against a Marowak - since Marowak can actually take physical hits, you more than likely just won't see it happen. More than likely they'll send out

A. Skarmory. This thing can take just about anything Marowak throws at it and win easily. Perhaps it'll use Drill Peck, but that will likely only be after laying out a few spikes and perhaps using Toxic, just to accellerate your death - Counter won't KO and a second drill peck plus the toxic will most likely do you in, and that assumes they use it at all.

B. Weezing. The weezing will Haze away any Swords Dances you've used and then Will-O-Wisp, and switch away once this is done.

C. Suicune. This can take the hit from the Maro easy and can also KO with a single attack.

Choice Banding is simple - you want to give choice band to something with very high speed and respectable attack (Aerodactyl, Crobat, etc.), or ridiculous attack and respectable speed (Medicham, Slaking). There's also Deoxys-F, which is tied for third-best speed and has the best attack (Medicham and Slaking are second and third, respectively), but it is considered an uber, and so usage of it is taboo.

No, but that would be cool. Unfortunately, it's just unpoliceable (at the moment) - you'd have people breaking the rules and generally screwing everything up.

Calm Mind/Psychic/Thunderbolt/Wish, actually. Although, you could find some use in Psychic/Toxic/Will-O-Wisp/Wish, actually, but it's unlikely. In any case, the only use you'd get out of it is it being very unexpected. The problem with the set you said is that it has far too many status-inflicting moves. Someone can only be affected by one of them at once, so in generaly it's best to use only one on any given poke. As I just said, two would allow you to use some unexpected things but if the opponent didn't make themself vulnerable it would leave you weaker overall.

Imprison based Gardevoir would act as a decent anti-tank when combined with a few other screw-over attacks.

As far as I can tell, the only functional set Gardevoir could use that's along those lines is Imprison/Rest/Toxic/Psychic, and that would get you shadow balled, or maybe*megahorned.

When you meet a pokemon, it's IVs (individual values - you can think of them as genes determining strength in each statistic) are randomly generated. At the start of a day, a random assortment of IVs is generated. If you have in your party a pokemon with IVs equal to the randomly generated ones, you can get to mirage island if you have that poke in your party, though only until the next day, unless you just stay on Mirage Island for several days in which case it doesn't go away until you leave.

Why would anyone ever want an everstone? It's not that hard to press the B button to halt evolution every so often, is it?
