I have made a level using SMB3 Workshop, yet when I play it in nestopia, it crashes saying CPU smething or other. Here is the m3l. See if you can do anything with it and try and help me... Thanks to anyone in advance.
Bare in mind the level took me ages to make, please dont steal it.

Shouldn't this have been PMed to hukka, or even Dahrkdaiz?

I'd like to help, but it seems that tripod thinks that your m3l file is some kind of web page, and it even includes ads in it (hooray for tripod)
I tried to copy/paste the weird caracters that appear on the page in a hex editor though, but it doesn't make the good file as smb3workshop can't edit it...
so find a way to fix that, include in a zip or something...

dont' know if it's the problem but I just checked out your level and it has no ending. There is no way out of the level. that could be what's causing the error but I don't know if it is. try adding an ending and see if it works.

EDIT: I just inserted the level into a ROM and when I open it it looks like this instead of what it looked like as an m3l file:

There are level crashing objects in there. It may be your problem.

EDIT2: Two people posted while I was getting the shot? Man I'm slow.
And it wasn't even the problem, though there seems to be another problem reguarding M3l files. *image removed*

It's not the editor. I downloaded your file and found the problem. When a pipe's length is at the minimum size (i.e. only the end of the pipe should be drawn) rather than drawing JUST the pipe end, it draws the pipe end and draws the pipe body forever. This is true for a few other objects, but to fix this problem for your pipe, just extend them so that they have a end and a 1 block wide body and make sure they overlap with each other so it looks like a double ended pipe.

(The problematic pipe is namely at the end of the level with the horizontal double ended pipe you made).

no, that's not the problem... actually, it would be weird if the game checked if there was an exit or not, don't you think ?
I found the problem, see that little double-ended horizontal pipe at the end ? well, the right part is 1 block long, and that's not good, it must be at least 2 block long ; and then it works...
edit: oh god, Daiz's too fast when it's about smb3
