WOuld it be useful in any way, shape, or form to make some sort of 'how to program your SNES' document or something similar? And no, I don't mean those documents that merely teach you SNES registers and leave you on your own, I mean a true, honest-to-god guide on practical applications for this knowledge. Perhaps a series of tips and tricks that can be applied when working with any game, and perhaps even teaching people HOW to program, rather than just teaching them an instruction set and leaving them on their own. Or perhaps something to help those who work in higher level languages with programming in a low-level environment. I ask because I honestly can't be sure by myself how useful such a document would be, or if one exists already... it's really just a thought, but something I would consider doing seeing as I get bored very easily...

I think of doing something like this sometimes. But then I think of how much better I think I know stuff from figuring it out on my own... so do it if you get the inclination. I'm too absorbed in other projects to spend time on something like that.

If you're really interested, I can give you the screen name of Yoronosuku. She has alot of really good SNES resources (as well as programing resources for many other systems as well). She has dev. kits and the whole 9 yards, might be worth your while to give her a buzz.
