Never played it. The closest I got to seeing anything about it was on one of the inserts that come inside the boxes of games

From what I heard about it though, it's a game that kids would like more, and older gamers wouldn't find it too entertaining. That being said, I got a game recently that fit into the same sort of description (Scaler), and I find it fun to play.

One of the things I didn't like about it is just what style of game it is

What's your opinion on it?

Well yes I do.

Play it everyday, and it's wierd how you can get attached to wierd things.

I just got a retro TV, now that tune can't get out from my head now.

My mother and sister like to play Animal Crossing, which is weird cuz my mom doesn't play any other video game.

I collected THE FULL MARIO SERIES! It is worth alot of points for the HRA. Make sure you can touch everything and add extra things that don't belong to any series. Go to http://Animalxing.com to see what I mean. Look under HRA.

...yes... I just recently got this game, and am hooked on it...

My house so far is filled with a whole bunch of Harvest stuff. I was playing it Thanksgiving...

My brother and sister like to play this game. My brother plays games like Halo 2 and Dead or Alive, but he likes Animal Crossing. This game is not for just kids, but for everyone...

Can't wait for it to come out for the DS. I could then play it at school...

Played it, liked it, broke my addiction to it. It's good, but it kinda got old for me. Nowadays I boot it up and play for a few weeks at a time, seeing how fast I can get the best house. That's pretty fun.

It all comes down to how often it rains...

No offense, but who brings a portable game system to school?

I never played Animal Crossing, but I wouldn't mind giving it a shot. Animals are neat, but I'm not too fond of RPGs... they just take too long to do everything.

Animal is not a RPG.

I just got the biggest house yesterday, now i'm honestly decorating for real. Before my house was just a storage place for all sort of things.

Aparantly, not you. I know lots of people who bring Gameboys to school (And I've done it plenty of times back in my non-college days). It's a great way to pass the time during lunch or before school starts.. or even during class. (Which I don't suggest to do, even more so when the teacher's teaching )

I haven't played that game in ages. I know I'd play it every so often.. Usually the only time I start playing it again is when someone else starts playing the game.

Hmmm.. would like to play Animal Crossing again, but my Cube is out of town. So I can't play it right now.

Play it since the US-Release. and love it.

Now I'm waiting for the DS-Version, and I just hope, that it's possible to transfer my Town to the DS. (Wario's Woods)

Oh yeah, KawaiiImoto-e hadn't tested my pear code. But since her Gamecube is out of reach now.

If anyone have a orange, please make a code for Emil in Furside. I have the other fruits beside that one.

Cherry, Apple, Pear, Coconut, Peach do I have.

I want to complete the retro set, but it seems to be just two retro items. I have the TV and want the other one. xP

Sure I would have better luck on a trading board but anyway...

^^;; My Bad...

Na, I'm happy with my Nintendo-Parasol, just love it. On a sunny or rainy day, doesn't matter, Skuld has her Nintendo-Parasol at hand. And if she's not out enjoying the wather, she's playing Wario's Woods on her NES or listening to some Airchecks.

Wow

Anyway, I haven't played it in a long time... I'd imagine if I booted it up, everyone left, the town's overrun with weeds, and all sorts of other bad things would have gone down.

I'll probably get ACDS. I think it'd work even better as a portable game. Plus, the touch screen would be handy. Menus, typing, designing patterns... would be great.

What would also be great is if the items in the Gamecube version would be compatible with the DS version, where you just take them to Tom Nook like you're sending them to someone and then go to Tom Nook in the DS version and tell him the code..

I have two characters in my main town, one using my real name(Jason) and one using my fake name(Alonguy). My real name has the largest house and a monument, has the modern series on the first floor, the Nintendo set on the second floor, and the basement has Holiday stuff all over. The other one has the 2nd size house, and the Mario series. He gets over 70,000 points for it.

I do... I already played someone on Metroid Prime Hunters multiplayer... and dominated him...

I have one character... 2nd size house... almost 100,000 points in house design. I play Excitebike a lot...

I haven't played it for a few months now, but when first got it, I played it nonstop. It's a really fun game, but it would suck to see any of my friends watch me play it (I'm 15).

Does the age matter? Really, as long it's fun...

It's just one of those games that's aimed towards a younger audience.
