| QUALIFICATIONS GUIDELINES -BA/BS Degree in Biology or Microbiology -3-5 years supervisory experience -5-10 years experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry -Current working knowledge of microbiological test methods, terminal sterilization processes, aseptic filling and cGMPs -Strong technical ability with good analytical judgment -Ability to form positive, effective working relationships across the organization -Capable of acting as a project leader and setting direction and policy for Microbiology and Sterilization Assurance related issues -Effective communication skills -Good organization skills -Current working knowledge of AAMI/ISO standards related to microbiology and sterilization -Current working knowledge USP If only we had these requirements at our disposal...  *sigh*If I made a million a week... | If you could create a phony resume (which is VERY illegal). You could apply for the job but your performance should reflect it, which I'd expect would'nt be all that easy. If worst comes worst, go with plan B; copy what the other guy is doing and hope to squeeze out a few hundred thousand bucks, then scram. You could do alot with an hours-worth of pay. Buy a decent house, pay off for your car, provide a lot for yourself, and invest the rest of your funds. Not bad at all. | |||

| I wish! If I really loved money, I'd suffer the indignity of doing things like selling my plasma for money. Or trying to sell newspaper subscriptions to students, or even going door to door begging people for money (you know, THOSE PEOPLE.) As it is I put some money in a savings account and I think I'm getting rich. |
