| OOC No, he was fast enough to get to them before they attacked. Fenrir specializes in speed and skill while in human form and speed and power and warewolf form. He doesn't have magic, so he doesn't have to split anything to that. Now this might seem kind of odd, because you are forgetting something. Star can freeze time to an incredibly high degree and since healer restored him he has the ability again, so I'm going to kind of do something, if it needs to be changed, just tell me. Star laughed silently as he saw NeoBowser freeze time, he could still move about freely, but knew better than to let NeoBowser know that. Instead, right when NeoBowser unfroze time, Star froze it again, into his hyper mode of sorts. He was the only one who could move or would even be aware that time was stopped. He walked up to each attack at a time and slashed it in the middle, seperating it so it would go around the party. Star could see chaos replicating and decided it was time to do something about that to. Star: "Oh, to bad nothing here knows how to fight properly, always power this, power that. I can't remember a fight with skill and planning in forever. Well, I guess I might as well make this easier on myself." Star moved to each of the replicas and stuck his hand inside each one, messing with their life force in the time free zone he had created. He changed it to be unstable, and they would self destruc soon, but it wouldn't hurt the party... Serra: "What just happened!?!?" Serra was surprised that NeoBowser's attacks had missed her, but was soon shaken out of that when the replicas smashed into her, Siryx, and Destin. They all struggled to their feet quickly, Destin attack a replica along with Siryx, while Serra went back to the orbs. |

| Off: Sorry but NeoBowser's Time Stop is FAR stronger than Star's and as such, Star's Time Stop was "corrupted" and "reflected" back at him. The reason why NeoBowser's Time Stop cancelled Star's? Chaos's power flows trought him and give him limitless power. It isn't the case for Star. ____________________________________________________________________ In a flash of light, all that Star had done was cancelled. Even worse, all the attacks he had executed had been reflected. As such, it was now Star himself who was now unstable and would self-destruct! NeoBowser laughed. NeoBowser: "Actually... it's YOU who should learn your place! I have the Chaos Essence! I am almighty!" NeoBowser just standed there laughing... but Chaos and his replicas did not just stand there. Each of the 6 Chaos Essence replicas slammed into a different party member sending them flying into the wall... probably. As for the Chaos Essence itself, it glowed red and was surrounded with thousands of poisonous spikes. Then, it shot the spikes in a machine gun fashion toward Star. ... During this time... ... Unfortunately, Odin and Fenrir struck thin air. The Anti-Exs were gone, again... Lieutenant Shadow *voice coming from nowhere*: "Heeheehee... this is starting to get exciting, isn't it?" | OOC Crap, being in control of time for countless years doesn't work well here does it? Star: "Well, if I go out, I might as well go out with a bang, I guess I'll take care of the rest of this, hey Serra, make sure you get those orbs, I can handle the rest." Star looked at the spikes as the came towards him, electricity began to build at a rapid pace, completely out of control, the spikes all were disentigrated before they reached Star. He started to laugh as MORE energy was put inside him, a crazy laugh going past them. Star: "The beautiful part is! When I die, everything goes with me. In fact, everything you've done NeoBowser will go with me, your entire life is just a speck of dirt on the diminsional scale. A mere shadow on everything, don't expect to walk away from this. I may not be the master of time here, but in the reality your heading to, I am!" Serra, Destin, Siryx, and even Stacice, began to work frantically trying to break the orbs. They could all feel Star's power continously rising, electricty and time seemed to center all their powers into him. He slowly started to rise into the air, his own power lifting him off the ground, as he didn't bother to control it. Star: "When something normal self-destructs, everything is fine, it is a mere explosion after all. I'm not like that, if you survive the lightning, you'll be trapped for an eternity frozen in place, the entire possiblity I live in will simply stop. I'm won't be done there either, because I will exist in the time line forever, you may have made yourself impossible to kill, but I'm impossible to get rid of, I'll always exist in every time you go to, because I've been there before." Star began to laugh harder, wondering if NeoBowser thought this was just a bluff. He knew better than to make something self-destruct unless it could naturally. Otherwise, you have the risk of releasing a huge amount of power out, all at once. Which is never a good thing. Fenrir began to sniff in the air, suddenly he disappeared, knowing exactly where the Anti Exs were. Optical illusion couldn't fool the nose after all. Fenrir hoped they wouldn't be able to see him though as he tried to smash each one out of their speed, for Odin to deal with. |

| Off: In this post, it shall become apparent why the orbs are so difficult to destroy... ____________________________________________________________________ The Anti-Exs laughed as Fenrir tried to attack them. For some reason, the attack had no effect... Lieutenant Shadow: "Hahahaha... so funny." CRACK! Suddenly, the Anti-Exs shattered! They were, in fact... replicas created by the Chaos Essence?!? No... they were not replicas created by the Chaos Essence since it was in the Chaos Heaven... or was it? Above Fenrir, a blinding light... and then, the light faded, revealing the light's source. A gigantic seraphim angel was floating where the ceiling should be. The angel had no face... pure light was being emitted from the place where the face should be, almost blinding everyone. Chaos: "Welcome to your doom, mortals. I am Chaos... or should I say, an image created from Chaos. Your Possibility's Absolute Evil was truly a foolish being... he tried to link his soul to my own and then, he tried to control me... but he was unworthy of my power. I crushed his weak will and now, his soul and body are mine... and now, I and NeoBowser shall destroy this flawed world and return it to the form I had planned it would be. All flaws shall be destroyed and a perfect world shall be born... you'll see... you'll like it... and in case you wondered, I won't take no for an anwser." Suddenly, the whole tower disappeared and Fenrir, Odin, and the others were in the sky. Around Chaos, the 4 shield generators were there, just as they were in the Chaos Heaven. In fact, they were identical... down to the broken orbs! Chaos: "Serra's efforts are in vain. While my true form is in the Chaos Heaven... the real shield generators are here, in this tower." Suddenly, the orbs regenerated and the shield around Chaos returned to full power. Chaos: "Now... prepare yourself to return to the great emptiness!" Chaos made a gesture with his right hand, inviting the party to go on and try to attack him. ... During this time... ... Suddenly, for some reason, all of the orbs were repaired and returned to full power! NeoBowser: "How do you like this? As long as Chaos is protected, I am invincible and as long as the orbs are intact, Chaos is invincible too!... and it happens that the orbs are just not there! Hahaha!" Neither Chaos, NeoBowser, or the replicas attacked this turn. For a second, the party had the strange feeling that Chaos had invited them to attack him using a hand gesture... but Chaos doesn't have hands! How could he do this? They must have imagined it or something... but Serra and Siryx saw very clearly what happened. Dark Weapon: "I REMEMBER! I remember how Ex defeated Chaos! Listen... Ex defeated Chaos becease that while she fought Chaos and NeoBowser alone, her friends was fighting Chaos's Incarnation in the real world! Once her friends destroyed the shield generators in the real world, Chaos became vulnerable and Ex was able to destroy Chaos by striking him with me! Also... I guess you must have saw it. Right now, your friends in the real world are facing Chaos's Incarnation. We must find a way to tell them to smash the orbs in the real world!" | Fenrir growled as he looked around Odin had taken his sword out and was waiting for an opportunity to attack. Luke: "Don't attack Chaos... attack the orbs... they have a wierd power." Maya: "He's right, I can feel it to, destroy the orbs!" Fenrir practically flew at one of the orbs and Odin jumped at another, both attacked powerfully, trying to break the orbs fast. Serra: "I don't think we need to." Serra looked at Chaos, all they could do was wait and defend Star now, everything else would be useless. Serra: "Don't let Star be attacked..," Star could feel more energy being pumped into him, soon every portion of his energy would explode outwards in a huge blast, destroying everything around him, he just had to make sure Serra hit Chaos before he went ballistic. |

| Chaos was decided not to let Fenrir and Odin strike the orbs however. Chaos: "You will NOT destroy these jewels, mortals!" Chaos:" E..." Suddenly, a powerful aura of power appeared around Chaos... Chaos: "T..." The aura grew stronger... Chaos: "E..." The aura became so powerful you could sense what kind of energy it was made of! It was made of... emptiness?!? Looks like Chaos is trying to cast Eternum!... but it looks like that unlike NeoBowser, Chaos cannot cast it instantly. ... Fenrir and Odin's attacks broke one of the orbs instantly but the others remained intact. ... During this time... ... For some reason, one of the orbs fell to dust and the entire machine that once contained it broke down. NeoBowser: "Huh? The machine... it broke down?!?" While NeoBowser was wondering why the machine just broke out of a sudden, Chaos and his replicas attacked. All of the Chaos Essence replicas aimed at the same target: Serra. One of them slammed Serra into the closest wall and then, each of the replicas slammed into Serra while she was flying toward the wall causing her to fly even faster toward the wall. Chaos himself unleashed the spell Format and ALL positive status and charged energy was gone. As such, ALL of the power that Star was saving up is now completely gone. | OOC Wait wait wait! Star's powers aren't charged up or a power boost, that is him self-destructing, it is the by product of it, even if it is gone, it will come back almost instantly because he is still doing it, but if format made it so he was back to normal than w/e, but you have to tell me your next post, I can skip the Star thing for this post. Maya and Luke: "Silencing Dance!" Luke played very loudly on his harp as Maya started a dance, everything turned a grey shade, locking magic and special abilities, with it Fenrir turned back into a human. Fenrir: "Damn... I hope my gun is strong enough..." Fenrir loaded his gun with seven new bullets and shot a single orb seven times as Odin tried to land a heavy hit on it. |

| Off: Format remove ALL charge power, whatever it may be. In fact, it even dispel negative status. The ONLY thing it doesn't reset is the amount of Life Force in the beings. In short, the orbs remain destroyed and the party isn't healed... but that's the only thing that's not restored back to what it was before the fight. ____________________________________________________________________ The Silencing Dance had no effect. This version of Chaos was unnaffected by everything... but while the attack itself failed, the song and dance hindered Chaos's concentration. As such, he cancelled his spell. Chaos: "Mortals... stop... doing... this..." Yet another orb was destroyed. Looks like the orbs are MUCH easier to break in the real world! (edited by Zerodius on 02-23-05 07:32 PM) |

| Fenrir loaded his gun again quickly. He aimed at the nearest orb and shot, a beam shot out of it, heading right for the orb, but as soon as it left the gun, six more followed it. Fenrir: "This should do." Odin: "Sword of Destruction!" Odin fired a beam from his sword right at the other orb, trying to destroy it instantly. Maya and Luke increased the speed of the song/dance, hoping to drive Chaos insane. Star: "Maybe I should thank you, now I don't have to go through the process of bringing myself back." Star looked towards the replicas. He launched at one of them, trying a massive sword combo. Serra attacked the last one to hit her, after she went right into a wall but recovered quickly. Siryx jumped at the nearest one, and Destin followed. Stacice looked towards NeoBowser, longing to just destroy him. |

| Chaos was too busy being enraged to notice that only one orb was left... indeed! Fenrir and Odin had destroyed yet another one! Chaos: "Stop... this... too... much... positive... energy... Can't... stand... positive... energy... Must... control... rage..." Chaos's body began to burn with anger!... litteraly! Large flames of pure evil energy were coming out of his body! ... During this time... ... NeoBowser: "What... is... happening here?!?" Yet another orb broke. Only one left... and 3 of the Chaos Essence replicas have been destroyed too! NeoBowser: "That's it! It's all or nothing! It maybe won't harm you, Ex but... how will you do without your friends?" ETERNES! Suddenly, it began to rain blades of emptiness. Those blades had the same exact effect that Eternum but unlike Eternum, there was 50% chances that the attack would fail... The party's fate was in the hands of dumb luck... |

| Fenrir again loaded new shots and began to fire at a faster pace, reloading when necessary, he went through 70 bullets before he stopped. Odin threw his sword at the last orb, trying to break it and end this. Luke: "Keep going Maya, maybe he will explode or something!" Star: "Well everyone... good luck!" Star started to dodge rapidly as the blades fell, making sure not to touch one, or even get close to it. Destin: "What he said...." Destin did like wise, but tried to put himself in a good location so he wouldn't have to dodge as much. Siryx: "Serra, what about Mortalim?" Serra: "I don't know if it will work..." Serra held the pendent up and it shined brightly. An energy field appeared around everyone, stopping the blades from hitting them, as Eternes ended, Mortalim took effect, but it wasn't meant to destroy NeoBowser, not even touch him. It simply spread out among everyone, creating a shield of sorts, capable of blocking Eternum or Eternes. Serra: "Why didn't it work?" Star: "It was meant to be used against Eternum, not Eternes. It must have a different effect." |

Suddenly, a very loud sound was heard. It was the sound of glass shattering. The last shield generator broke down and the force field around the Chaos Essence shattered. NeoBowser: "Huh? What was that sound?" Dark Weapon: "This is it! The force field is gone! Go on and attack the Chaos Essence!" |

| The beam of light struck Odin... and as it struck Odin, all of the pain he had inflicted upon other people, all of his mistakes, all of his evil was turned into pure destructive power and started to consume Odin. The more evil actions Odin had done, the stronger the burn from the beam would be. ... During this time... ... As Serra struck Chaos, the sound of a large explosion was heard! The Chaos Essence pulsated red and blasted Serra away from itself with a HUGE beam of pure energy. Then, the Chaos Essence replicas turned red as they went beserk. They struck Serra at least three times each with even more strenght than before! NeoBowser was fulminating! NeoBowser: "NO! I did not make it this far to see my plans fail!" NeoBowser roared and began to glow white. Obviously, he was going to use some kind of uber-powerful desesperation attack! (edited by Zerodius on 02-24-05 09:14 PM) |

| Star: "Now!" Stacice flashed blue as the rune on her back grew bright, her eyes widened and a giant magic circle appeared under her. She floated into the air a little bit and a small thin ray shot out at NeoBowser. Star ran on the wall and charged NeoBowser from behind, trying to stop NeoBowser from moving. Destin and Siryx: "Serra!" Destin and Siryx dived at the now laid out on the ground Serra, trying to shield her from more attacks. She saw them both, even though they didn't see each other, and struggled up. Odin's life flashed before his eyes, so many good deeds, so many deeds could have been done, and a few bad deeds. His evils were relatively shallow, but the pain he had caused was middle deep, giving him much pain. Finally his mistakes, every time he had made a bad move, every time... his body tensed under the new pain, but as it ended he was standing up, staring at Chaos. Odin: "..." Odin pointed his sword out at Chaos, energy flaring off of it. He rushed forward and slashed at Chaos, energy leaving a trail behind his blade swing. |

| However, none of the attacks affected NeoBowser. He didn't even flinched. He was not even hindered in his concentration. NeoBowser: "Witness the sheer power of the Forces of Evil!" ODIO BREATH! Thousands of beams of light came out of NeoBowser's mouth and struck the party, causing a massive explosion! However, this was no ordinary explosion! All of NeoBowser's hatred was contained inside of the explosion and as such, this was NeoBowser's strongest non-instant death inflicting attack... in short, it was stronger than any attack the party had ever seen before. Of course, this was more than the party could possibly handle... but somehow, Dark Weapon protected the party. However, this drained a LOT of Serra's remaining Life Force... in fact, she was barely alive. Dark Weapon: "Serra... I know you can still hear me. Use Healer's powers." Dark Weapon *to everyone exept Serra and the enemies*: "Do not just stand there! While only Serra can attack Chaos, you can always eliminate the Chaos Essence replicas." ... During this time... ... Odin's sword passed right trought Chaos's Incarnation. This was just an illusion and thus, cannot be harmed... but the illusion, on another hand, can harm Odin! Chaos: "Hmph! So you did not have enough Evil within you for me to kill you in one shot... well, that's pretty rare considering how vile and idiotic humans are. Anyway, I don't need the Light of Judgement to destroy you! I can destroy you whenever I want!" Chaos pointed at Odin and a meteor fell from the sky, heading toward Odin! Unless Odin is EXTREMELY fast, he's going to receive a big, nice meteor right in the face! |

| Healer: "Serra, hold me up... concentrate your power on me." Serra obeyed, knowing the sword was the most trust worthly out of all of them. She held the sword up and the light shined over the entire party, making each of the glow blue, quickly healing everyone. Destin: "I love that sword..." Destin jumped at a nearby replica, with a heavy slash, Siryx did like wise on the other side. Star jumped up into the air and landed trying to slash up a few replicas on the way. Stacice didn't move from right in front of NeoBowser. Odin: "!?!?!?" Odin held up his sword as the meteor hit him, he managed to block a part of the damage, but he amazingly kept standing. Fenrir laughed as he started to unload a clip of bullets into the illusion, knowing fully what it was. Fenrir had changed his bullets to VTX9 bullets, each bullet was a disrupting shell. |

| All the Chaos Essence replicas are now gone. NeoBowser: "Hmph! I can't believe you're still standing after suffering that much damage, Ex! You're truly a hardly one..." NeoBowser stared at Stacice... NeoBowser: "Get out of the way, weakling!" NeoBowser tried to slash Stacice with his claws! ... The Chaos Essence glowed red and then sent an extremely slow and small sphere toward Serra. However... as the sphere moved, time and space began to bend near the sphere! This was no ordinary sphere! It was a Black Hole, the ultimate gravity-based attack! ... During this time... ... Fenrir's attacks passed right trought Chaos. Chaos: "Attacking a shadow will do no good... Now, freeze!"
