| All magical attacks directed at the orbs had strictly no effect. As such, Stacice's attack did no damage to the orbs. As for Star, his combo damaged the orbs a little... Serra, her, stood there yelling "Ex's Wrath"... but nothing happened... or so it seemed. Time was stopped and suddenly, both Serra and Chaos were on a distant moon. Serra's orb of electricity exploded on impact, creating an explosion that destroyed the entire moon. Then, Serra automatically flied toward Chaos and slashed the Essence twice. These two slashes were so powerful that they disrupted the very fabric of time and space and caused the sub-dimension to collapse on Chaos. Then, Chaos and Serra were back in the room... and no damage had been inflicted to Chaos becease of the protection of the orbs. Dark Weapon: "As long as the orbs are intact, Chaos cannot be destroyed. Aim for the orbs, not Chaos! You cannot strike Chaos yet!" ... Destin's attempt to return the fire at NeoBowser was futile. It wasn't normal fire... it was a special type of fire. As such, it passed right trought Destin's fire. When Destin's fire reached NeoBowser, no damage was done. NeoBowser was right. As long as Chaos is intact, his power, both offensive and defensive, is limitless. ... During this time... ... The Anti-Exs slowly entered Origin's tower. Koopatrol: "Reporting sir!" Lieutenant Shadow: "So... is the tower ours?" Koopatrol: "The life-form codenamed "Origin" was defeated in body and most of their forces are defeated. Only a single warrior identified as "Odin" is left... altought we saw a dark creature called "Fenrir" as well. While Fenrir has killed many agents, his soul is already corrupted. It will take 5 seconds at most to bring him to our side once the heavier troops have started entering." Lieutenant Shadow: "Good..." Koopatrol: "Shall we send the Soul Eaters to finish the job?" Lieutenant Shadow: "In fact... I come with direct orders from the Absolute Evil himself. We must not invade the tower. All we must do is keep them from getting out. During this time, we, the Anti-Exs, will take care of the remaining enemies." Koopatrol: "You are sure about this?" Lieutenant Shadow: "You dare question our leader whose will is absolute?" Koopatrol: "No. I was simply worried... but those worries are probably unfounded. It's just that I tought that we didn't needed to spare bodies and could launch a general full-scale assault... well, looks I was wrong. Well, I shouldn't be worried but happy. We won't have to revive a few dozens of soldiers thanks to you. I'll transmit the orders on the double." Assassin: "Without the power of this tower's inhabitants to help Serra, the master will crush the "Ex" being and her friends for sure." Fierce Deity: "Indeed! Without the hopes and dreams of her people, the "Ex" being is nothing!" The Anti-Exs began to climb the tower... |

| Serra: "Take care of those Orbs!" Star: "Shut up! I'm trying!" Star went around the room again slashing at the orbs in a continous circle trying to disable them all as fast as he could. Destin did have time to move and NeoBowser's fire washed over him, Destin kept standing and jumped out of the fire before he died. Stacice's anger hadn't subsided and she looked for something to turn her wrath to. Stacice *thinking* "Damn, where is something to kill!" Siryx: "Serra, I'll finish off the orbs." Siryx jumped at each orb kind of like what Star was doing, attempting to help finish the orbs off. Odin: "What do you mean I'm not strong enough?" Fenrir: "You couldn't kill them all, no matter how hard you tried, if it wasn't for me you would probably be dead. I'll be fine though, they won't kill me on sight, they'll just try to bring me over to their side. It won't be long though, soon they'll find out what it is really like on this planet. Evil will only bring itself to ruin in this entire universe, no matter if we lose, they will eventually lose." Odin: "Being idealistic isn't going to help! We have to do something!" Fenrir: "Check the tower, someone is comming up, the tower won't stop them either, its heroes feel asleep with Origin." Odin swung his sword at Fenrir, who dodged easily. Odin: "Shut up!" Odin began to swing wildly at Fenrir, trying to cut him into pieces, but every time Odin swung, Fenrir would dodge with realitive ease. It didn't last long though. After a few slashes, Fenrir pointed his gun right at Odin's head. Luke: "Why are you two fighting!?!? Look at the earth, it is being replaced by these evils. You can't fight among yourselves!" Fenrir looked at Luke, laughing. Fenrir: "It is already over, what we do doesn't matter." Maya: "Yes it does. Serra, Star, Destin, and Bel are still fighting for us. We have to have hope in them. We can't just let them do this alone." Odin: "..." Fenrir sighed and waited for someone to walk up and kill everyone here. |

| The orbs were damaged... but apparently, they were very sturdy and it would take a long time to break them. NeoBowser finally noticed that Star and Siryx were trying to break the orbs and decided to act. He began to fly around in the room at an incredible speed, bouncing off the walls and trying to charge right into Star and Siryx! During this time, Chaos glowed red and suddenly, 4 identical replicas of the Chaos Essence appeared! The first replica sent itself flying into Serra! The attack was so fast there was no possible way to dodge/avoid it. The second one did the same, exept it aimed for Siryx. The third one did the same as the first two exept it aimed for Destin. Finally, the fourth one aimed for Star. Unfortunately, becease of the sheer power and speed of their charging attacl, the Chaos Essence replicas interrupted Star and Siryx half-way in their combos and inflicted serious damage to all those they struck. Dark Weapon *can be heard by everyone but the enemies*: "Wait a minute... I remember this battle! This is it! This was Ex Lightheart's final battle against Chaos! If I remember well... if we do not defeat quickly whatever Chaos will create, we'll soon find ourselves overpowered... but if we focus on Chaos's creations, NeoBowser will still tear us to shreds. What to do... what to do... Why can't I remember how Ex Lightheart defeated Chaos?!? I can remember how she was able to pierce Chaos's defense... but not how she actually overcame him." ... During this time... ... The Anti-Exs, Lieutenant Shadow, Assassin, Captain Dark, and Fierce Deity entered the room one by one. Lieutenant Shadow: "Well well well... isn't it Odin and his friends?" Assassin: "Your continued existance give power to the "Ex" being in the form of hopes and dreams..." Fierce Deity: "... and as such, we fear that you must be destroyed." Captain Dark: "Errr... what they said!" Lieutenant Shadow: "Prepare yourselves to die and to be reborn as servants of NeoBowser, the only true ruler of the Universe!" | Star hit a wall hard, but bounced back up trying to take down all four of the Chaos Essences with a rain of lightning bolts. Siryx also hit a wall, but caught himself instead of slamming into it. Serra managed to hold the thing back from dealing real damage to her until Star's attack went through. Destin slid across the floor, but also managed to stay standing. Siryx went back to his combo of destroying Orbs. Destin: "That's not helpful!" Fenrir: "No matter how inevitible it is, I'm not losing to these clowns, all four of you can stay back, I can handle this." Odin looked at Fenrir stangely, Maya and Luke just stepped back. Fenrir: "I doubt you'll get past me, you have no clue what you are fighting." Fenrir aimed the gun at Shadow. Fenrir: "First off, I'm not his friend." Fenrir shot three bullets at Shadow, but as each bullet came from the gun a flash occured, hiding Fenrir. Fenrir seemed to disappear after all three shots and wasn't anywhere anyone could see. |

| However, the lightning bolts did not have any effect on the Chaos Essence replicas, sadly. Just like the orbs, they seemed to be immune to magical attacks. Siryx damaged the orbs a bit with his combo and this time, the Chaos Essence replicas did not interrupt him. The Chaos Essence replicas all slammed into Serra, one by one, doing serious damage each time (well... they should do serious damage at least). NeoBowser, him, used his power to make the ceiling disappear and then, it began to rain meteors!... and of course, the meteors will really hurt the party but pass trought NeoBowser, Chaos, the orbs, and the replicas. Chaos, during this time, glowed red and then, a replica of Star trapped into an orb appeared. The Star replica used it's power to send a thunderbolt toward each of the party members. Dark Weapon: "Serra! Do something! If we do not eliminate the enemies Chaos create, we'll be outnumbered in a matter of minutes!" ... During this time... ... Lieutenant Shadow held his hand in front of himself and the bullets disappeared. Lieutenant Shadow: "You are the one who doesn't know who he is fighting." Assassin: "Being could or could not be the legendary being identified as "Fenrir". May he be that being or not... he is no match for us... let alone, one of us." The Anti-Exs standed there, waiting... they were not impressed by Fenrir's show-off. The Anti-Exs were the strongest agents in all of the UEN and they knew it. Fenrir was not a threat, he was merely an annoyance. Still, since victory seemed imminent, maybe they could play with him for a little while before crushing him? | Star laughed as the lightning bolts focused on him. Star: "Copying me was the worst idea, you don't know how much that helps." Star soon realized that these lightning bolts were currupted and before they hit him, he moved so they would hit the ground, harming nothing. Star held Seraph in his hands and began to concentrate on it. He had to focus on it completely and bring out its REAL power. Destin: "Damn, they're too strong..." Serra: "No!" OoC Forgot to do Fenrir thing  ...Fenrir: "Don't over estimate yourselves." Fenrir stood behind his enemies and held out his gun. He shot a bullet at each one, but the bullets went at an insane speed towards each of the targets. Fenrir laughed again as he knew the that the bullet would hit before he finished his thoughts. Serra flew above all the replicas just to be met by the meteors. She quickly dodged all of them and looked down towards the ground. Siryx had managed to by pass the meteors and continue on with his combo, Destin had shielded himself somehow, and Star didn't even look like he moved, but still stood. Serra *thinking*: "I have to think of something... There is only one choice... I hope this works..." Serra pointed Dark Weapon in the middle of everything and let a huge wave of energy pass through it, spreading out over the entire area, but four beams shot down onto the orbs, trying to destroy them first. | Off: Actually, all of the replicas have the same power as NeoBowser... in short, their attacks are "corrupt" and cannot be absorbed. It was my fault for not specifying it and I'll fix it soon enough. I'll PM you and Trapster when it's fixed. I'll also take the time to change my post since Star attacked the Chaos Essence replicas, not the orbs. |

| Bel thought: "Hah! I can at least prevent half of the damage with a shield. I can also increase my speed with another spell and dodge them the moment before they hit me." Bel started to chant and a shield appeared around him. Bel: "That was the Half Damage shield." He chanted once again and was surrounded by blue light. Bel: "Okay. Time for some dodge ball." And thus Bel waited for the meteors and teleprted like crazy. |

| Unfortunately, Serra's attacks did no damage to any of the enemies. Both the Star replica and NeoBowser laughed at the party. NeoBowser: "Come on, losers! I'm not even breaking a sweat! Give me some resistance at least!" As NeoBowser stopped his sentance, it stopped raining meteors. NeoBowser dashed into the Star replica and absorbed it's power... and then, NeoBowser unleashed his power! He seemingly exploded with power, sending a HUGE blast of corrupted electricity. There was no way to dodge this attack and it would do huge damage. Bel and Star suffered half damage from the blast. Star becease of the Element of Electricity within him and Bel becease of his shield. Both Siryx and Serra suffered full damage from the blast but were charged with power that they could use on their next attack. Each of the Chaos Essence replicas attacked after the blast disappeared. Two of the replicas struck Star while the others struck Bel... and they were, as always, too fast to be blocked/dodged and struck hard enough to send both into the wall. Fortunately, Bel's shield blocked most of the damage... but the combined power of NeoBowser's blast and the replicas' attacks were too much for his shield and the shield shattered, leaving him wide open. The Chaos Essence acted last. The Chaos Essence glowed blue and then, time was slowed down for NeoBowser and the Chaos Essence replicas! For the next 3 turns, they'll be able to act twice per turn! Dark Weapon *to everyone but the enemies*: "Everyone! Listen! I think I understand why our attacks are not doing any damage! Chaos and his creations are pure energy and as such, only non-magical physical matter can harm them! Serra, Siryx! Attack the orbs! Bel! Use your magic to lessen the effects of Chaos's and NeoBowser's attacks! All the others! Destroy the replicas Chaos creates!" ... During this time... ... The bullets simply stopped in front of the Anti-Exs for some reason. Lieutenant Shadow: "You, sir, are a fool." In a flash of light, Captain Dark was suddenly right in front of Fenrir!... and for some reason, time was stopped for Fenrir! Captain Dark: "Yo man, yo! Here's yo gift from da boss!" FALCON PUNCH! A gigantic flame appeared around Captain Dark's hand in the form of a falcon. Then, he punched Fenrir right in the face. Unless this was an illusion or unless Fenrir was immune to physical attacks, the attack was sure to land at 100% and is more than strong enough to sent slamming into the wall. In fact... the attack was so strong that the wall will probably break on impact... if Fenrir is affected by the punch, that is. While Captain Dark attacked, the others watched. They suspected that the attack wouldn't do much. Fenrir was maybe no match for them... but he wasn't a weakling either. They espected that Fenrir would break out of the time stop effects and evade the attack. After all, since the attack was slow, Fenrir would have more than enough time to get out of the way... if he can ignore time being stopped, of course. |

| All of them were hit, Star managed to stop himself before crashing into the way, but he was still hit. Destin, being the luckiest and only hit by the electricity, stood strong. Siryx and Serra looked like they were about to drop, but the sudden power lifted them straight back up. Star and Destin: "Got it!" Star and Destin launched at the nearest replicas, attacking them with their swords, trying to rip them apart. Serra: "Ok." Siryx: "This better work." Serra and Siryx flew towards the nearest orbs and tried to break them with one mighty strike each. The Fenrir turned out to be nothing more than a shade. The real Fenrir was still hidden somewhere. Fenrir: "People tend to say that all the time to me. They don't live long though, they always die." Hundreds of bullets of different calliber and types, some armor pierceing, some magically enchanted, rained on everything around, barring Luke, Maya, and Odin. The real Fenrir landed from somewhere in the air and reloaded the gun with only one bullet. Fenrir: "I know what you can do, I'm not stupid. You obviously have a control over time, being able to isolate certain things and cause them to lose their energies. To many bullets or to big of a target is harder though. I'm sure at least one hit you, and if it didn't... this last one will." |

| Star and Destin's combined efforts destroyed one of the Chaos Essence replicas. However, the three remaining replicas counter-attacking by slamming Star into the wall, all at the same time! Then, they did the same to Destin! During this time, Siryx and Serra destroyed one of the orbs but the force field around the Chaos Essence remained in place even with an orb gone. NeoBowser dashed toward Siryx and Serra then used his plasma breath on the two. Once this was done, NeoBowser used his power to create a powerful vortex that would attract all of the party members toward the Chaos Essence. As always, the Chaos Essence acted last. It glowed red and then, all the party members become afflicted with a mysterious spell. Their next attack was going to inflict only half as much damage as normal. Dark Weapon: "Serra? Your vital signals... they're growing weaker. Your life-support implants and organs are failing! Stop attacking and restore your Life Force at once!" ... During this time... ... However, all of the bullets stopped as they were about to hit the Anti-Exs. Lieutenant Shadow: "You understimate us. We have fought immortals and destroyed people that were rummored invincible. Defeating you is a piece of cake. You're alive simply becease we want to play with you for a while." Assassin: "Do not let your guard down, Lieutenant Shadow! The enemy may be no match for us but understimating the enemy could lead to unnecessary damage." |

| Star again landed on the wall, feeling only partial damage. Destin crashed right into it, but leaped out of the hole that he made. The both attacked another replica, but both of them started to do a combo, dealing normally 4x as much damage. Serra didn't know how to restore her life force quickly, so decided against it. Serra: "No... we have to act quickly... Breaker! I call forth your power!" Serra pulled a sword out of her body, Breaker, the sword that breaks shields, weapons, nearly anything but a person. She slashed at each of the orbs once, trying to take them down quickly. Fenrir: "You forget where you are. This isn't a place where the weak generally live, they tend to die quite a bit. As such, some of the humans on this planet are... much stronger than average, as you noticed with Odin, Destin, and Serra... Also, I believe you met Star." Fenrir aimed the gun at Shadow, his aim focused completely on the one target. Fenrir: "Come on lady luck, be with me today." Fenrir mumbled to himself and disappeared, showing an INCREDIBLE speed. This peaked anything Star or Odin had been able to do and was faster than Odin flying, it was as if he bent time. Fenrir stopped right next to Shadow, his gun to Shadow's head. Fenrir: "Bang." As Fenrir spoke, a huge blast erupted from the gun, shaking the entire tower with the force, but as the blast left the tower, being a piercing blast if it hit anything it would travel through them, it curved into space, showing a luminecent ball of light high above the planet, resembling the moon. |

| Serra slashed the orbs... SPLANG! It was the distinctive metallic sound of a sword doing no damage. Dark Weapon: "Breaker isn't strong enough to affect the orbs, sadly. You will have to combine it's power with my own if you are to affect the orbs. Also, you should truly restore your Life Force be... Here they comes! Look out!" NeoBowser grabbed Serra and before she could do anything, he flied in circles and then slammed her head-first into the ground! Then, he used his tail to whip her! NeoBowser: "Hahaha! What's wrong Serra? You don't look... quite well, should I say! Hahahaha!" At this time, Star and Destin broke yet another Chaos Essence replica. The two remaining replicas slammed twice into Serra, keeping her from standing up and damaging her even further. Then, Chaos Essence glowed red and created a bubble of space around Serra and then... FLASH! BANG! The bubble was crushed by the gravity of the entire Chaos Heaven, inflicting MASSIVE damage to Serra! She had 10% chances of survival after this... Dark Weapon: "Serra! Your life-support systems are critical. You won't be able to take much more of this... and you didn't even inflicted a single point of damage on Chaos himself yet. If you do not restore your Life Force now... I fear that it's all over." Dark Weapon *to everyone but the enemies*: "Anyone! If you have the ability to restore Life Force... then I suggest you would do this now to Serra! She won't take much more of this..." ... During this time... ... When the light disappeared, Lieutenant Shadow was holding his right hand in front of himself and was laughing. The blast had passed right trought him, inflicting no damage and the bullet had stopped right in front of him. Lieutenant Shadow: "Is that the best you can do? And for a second, I espected something powerful!... well, that was powerful but it was still smaller than what I espected! Anyway..." Fierce Deity: "Lieutenant Shadow! Let's stop playing with this mortal at once! We have more important things to do than to play with weaklings!" Assassin: "Impressive attack from a presumed to be weak enemy... This being could have been a powerful ally if he hadn't decided to oppose us..." Fierce Deity: "Yes... really... Too bad for him. Well, I guess we should eliminate him quickly then! I don't want to waste my time anymore! We have a reputation as uber-powerful beings... let's show him that we earned that reputation!" | Destin: "What are you talking about Serra, why don't you just use healer?" Stacice got up slowly, after being down for quite a long time, she looked around not really seeing anything. Serra: "Your right... How did I forget?" Serra pulled another sword out of her body, while trying to fuse Dark Weapon and Breaker. She held the sword up and twisted it so its point was right at he heart. She stabbed herself after turning a bit pale. Her entire body glowed with a blue energy. She ripped the sword out and slashed at each person, healing them. Star: "No time for this." Star lept at a replica, trying to take it on alone. Fenrir: "Don't worry, that was only part one of my attack, the second part will activate soon, just wait." Odin: "Fenrir what are you doing, at least let me help you!" Fenrir: "No. These guys are about to have their asses handed to them, believe it or not, I still have a few tricks up my sleeve." Fenrir turned towards the light he had made, and stared at it deeply. His body seemed to tense up and quickly his body changed. His legs grew longer and so did his arms, his posture bent over and his nose started to turn into a dog nose. In a few seconds he was a were-wolf. His strength and speed had become much stronger than normal, and with a quick disappearing act, he showed it. |

| Star took out yet another Chaos Essence replica. The last Chaos Essence replica self-destructed, creating a big blast of energy that damaged the whole party. NeoBowser: "Hmm... | Star jumped back away from the explosion, not wanting to be caught in the middle, and managed to take little damage along with everyone else. Serra hoped that Dark Weapon and Breaker fused and went again through the three remaining orbs, trying to break them. Stacice looked at the now spining NeoBowser, her dagger out. Stacice: "Don't plan on moving... Diminsion Door!" Black energy sprang up around Stacice, circling. It trapped every none enemy in place, dealing little damage. She vanished and came down with a slash at NeoBowser, after the orbs were broken or not, will all the dark energy, if it would hit, it would deal massive damage. (Were talking above cap, at like 99,999.) Odin: "Ahh damn! They aren't going to fight if they all stay like that!" Luke: "We have it covered... Ready Maya?" Maya: "Yes!" Luke started to play a very slow song and Maya started a very slow dance, slowing the anti-exs, if they were vulnerable, not with time magic, but with just the song. |

| Serra damaged each of the orbs... but the orbs are still in good shape. Dark Weapon: "Man! How much Life Force does these things have?!?" Suddenly, Stacice unleashed her attack. The orbs were damaged a bit by the space created by the attack... but NeoBowser suffered exactely 0 point of damage from Stacice's attack. He didn't even flinch. NeoBowser: "You just won't understand, won't you? I cannot be damaged in any way, form, or shape!... but you, on another hand, can be damaged!" Chaos: "Unleashing Combined Attack. Codename: Apocalypse, Phase 1!" BLOOD VORTEX As Chaos's voice echoed, a gigantic vortex appeared, replacing the floor. Then, the room was flooded with blood... but it wasn't any normal blood. The blood acted like acid, burning the party members' skin and armor... and reducing their defenses to 10%. Then, the blood vanished. NeoBowser: "How do you like this? Thanks to this, my next attack shall inflict ten times as much damage as normal!" NeoBowser prepared himself to attack again... but the effects of Chaos' time slowdown vanished and NeoBowser was unable to unleash his attack before the party could act again. ... During this time... ... Suddenly, Lieutenant Shadow, Fierce Deity, and Captain Dark appeared in front Luke, Maya, and Odin. Assassin appeared behind them. Lieutenant Shadow: "Surprise!" Lieutenant Shadow punched the ground just beneath Luke and then, a HUGE beam of light came down from the sky probably crushing Luke. The beam was so powerful that if Lieutenand Shadow had made just a bit bigger, it would have been the entire tower that would have been crushed. Fierce Deity unsheated his gigantic sword and then did a downward slash, aiming at Maya. The sword was so sharp and Fierce Deity had put so much strenght into the slash that it was powerful to kill even a Great Gold Dragon in a single hit. Captain Dark appeared in front of Odin. Captain Dark: "FALCON DIVE!" Captain Dark grabbed Odin and then jumped away from him! However, as he jumped away, it created a small explosion... but this small explosion was, strangely enough, stronger than a ton of TNT. Assassin fired a volley of homing missiles in case any of the three would survive his/her/it's friends' attacks. Lieutenant Shadow: "3 down! 1 to go! Heeheehee!" | Star: "Don't do it NeoBowser, as soon as you unleash it I'll kill you." Star had gotten very close to NeoBowser, his sword out. Serra went at each orb hacking it until it broke, while Siryx and Destin tried to weaken the other two. Stacice looked surprised he attack didn't work, but kept her long daggers out. Fenrir, acting oddly out of place as a hero, had used his speed to rescue Luke and Maya. He dropped them on the ground not that far away and looked at how Odin was doing. Odin had slashed the explosion seperating it around himself instead of taking a real hit. The homing missles were a bigger threat, but Odin had managed to escape them all, by twisting wind currents to send the off course. Odin: "Think we should work together?" Fenrir (in a low growl): "Yes. It would be to risky to fight them alone." Fenrir howled as he jumped at Shadow trying to rip him apart with his claws. Odin jumped up at assassin, bringing his sword down hard, breaking the air apart, slamming anyone near it into the ground. |

| Off: Err... is it me or did you ignored the Anti-Exs' attacks in Fenrir's part? ____________________________________________________________________ NeoBowser: "I'll do what I want!" NeoBowser's eyes flashed and then, time stopped. NeoBowser: "NOW that's better! Hahaha!" NeoBowser used his plasma breath on Star once... then he used it a second time... then a third time... then a fourth... and again... and again... Then, after 15 times, he aimed at another character and did again until he had fired his plasma breath 15 times at every party members. When this was done, NeoBowser punched the ground and time was unfrozen... and a giant unnavoidable blast of dark energy was sent toward every party member. Becease of NeoBowser's attack, Serra, Siryx, and Destin couldn't strike any of the orbs. The Chaos Essence glowed blue and it created 6 replicas of itself! Two replicas slammed into Serra, two slammed into Siryx, and the last two slammed into Destin. Unfortunately, these replicas were just like the old ones... which means that when they're slamming into someone, there's no way to dodge or block them and they're slamming you hard enough to send you flying head-first into the wall. NeoBowser: "Why don't you give up?!? Can't you see that you're losing?" |
