The about screen has been updated with the current version number. Get it from above if you are interested.

Changing the instrument tables changes absolutely nothing hearable to me. I tried for Memories of Green, Schala's Theme and that Zeal Bells thingy. I entered - and successfully saved - random stuff into the table with both the program this thread is about and the "SPC mixer" from your page. Neither of them brought a single difference to what I hear.

What exactly am I doing wrong?

That panel is tied into the Location window. You need to select "Write to Memory" from the Location menu.

No, I am absolutely sure I saved the table correctly (exactly in the way you mentioned).
I even reloaded the ROM to validate the changes, but there seems to be no actual difference.

Is there a program that can copy location data from one ROM to another? Doing it one location at a time in Temporal Flux would be VERY slow.

I probably sound like a complete retard asking this but.. How do you get the program to work? I downloaded the .exe and tried running it but i get an error saying MSCOREE.DLL was not found. I tried puting it in the same folder as my Zsnes and CT Rom, and still nothing.. Theres probably a very simple solution to this but like I've never used a Rom editor before so I'm somewhat of a simpleton at this. Any help at all would be appreciated (although it would be more appreciated if it was good )

Reading the Manual for Temporal Flux will let you know about TF's requirements. I think you are missing the .NET runtime files. Download them at this address...
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=262d25e3-f589-4842-8157-034d1e7cf3a3&displaylang=en

Post back here if installing the .NET runtimes does not fix your problem, ok?

Temporal Flux itself would be your best bet Spekkio, unless you find a hex editor to be a bit faster for you. Those would be your only two options right now, really. Evil Peer mentioned that the release would not be the final release, and as such, there would be bug fix releases and additions to the code eventually. There has never been a perfect editor release, on the first release, that someone could just run and make a full, perfect hack, no matter how impressive it seems. Things are only getting better with each release.

Hmmm.. I downloaded the dotnetfx.exe but every time I try to run it I get an error saying dotnetfx.exe is not a valid Win32 application. I probably need to place it in some folder or somthing. Again, any help would be appreciated.

That is odd. At any rate, the best way to install the .NET Framework is through Windows Update. It will get you the exact variant of it you need (you want v1.1, though you may have to download v1.0 first).

I do not know what to tell you about the copy you already downloaded. Perhaps the download got corrupted. Or it is possible you have a virus or some sort of malware causing problems.

Alright, I got the .Net file to install. But now I get a different error when I try to run Temporal Flux.

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0xfff4d5d9 (-731687) Thread id=0xfff97a41 (-427455)

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

Then if I hit Cancel to try and debug it I get another error saying that the debuger is not available.
This is starting to get annoying.. Hopefully someone knows whats wrong..

It sounds like you downloaded an update, and not the full version of Temporal Flux. Download the last full version of Temporal Flux, and then download the latest Update for it. When you have them all in one folder, you will have the Temporal Flux exe and it's 3 DLL files that it requires. It sounds like you just have the EXE and none of the DLL's. Backtrack through the thread and download the latest Full and Update zip files and put them into one folder.

The first post has the full download of the current version. Nothing else should need to be downloaded.

I got a question... How can you change the enemy graphics or w/e because i saw the temporal flux's hack and it shows zombor with 2 extra enemies so its
Zombor
Dark Crono
Dark Marle

And it shows crono and marle's moves fighting the real crono and others. Do any of you know how to make it be like that?

I already got the one from the front page so I should have it all... but I suppose I'll try it again. If this doens't work I think I'll just give up, I doubt I'd ever be able to make a decent hack anyways..

-Edit-
Got it to work... I think last time I downloaded the Temporal Flux files I moved the .exe into the same folder as my Rom and forgot to move the .DLL files.
Anyways, thanks for your help Chickenlump and Evil Peer.

As previously mentioned in this thread, the teaser trailer is a fraud. The enemies there are Zombor (top and bottom), Magus, and Crono. All of these are normal enemies (enemies FB through FF are all Crono).

However, Chickenlump has created an enemy using Schala's graphics (I believe with Chrono Tweaker). He might be able to shed more light on this subject.

And where can we get Chrono Tweaker?

The reason I am here is to report a bug that might be the most bizzare yet. When I added a PlayMusic command to the Events of the Dragon Tank Lavos screen, the Epoch control panel was corrupted!(black screen)
