OOC: I've always wanted to do this. A challenge to Kirbynite! I was actually saving this for his birthday, but couldn't wait that long.  Intro whenever you're ready, Kirby."Schwa, my child, you are given a new mission. This is not a Worth Mission, though, this is just an oppritunity for you to gain some more field experience. Take off into space, and follow the telepathic ping to a planet known as Pop Star. Stay there for one week, then come back here and tell me what you have learned while you were there." The two figures, one seemingly as old as time, one young and energetic, talk to each-other in the Grand Hall within the HQ of all Psi Warriors, Crystal Psipalace. "I'll leave immediately, master," Schwa replies. "May the Living Assets be with me." - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - A figure wearing futuristic, crystal-woven armor, riding a soaring crystal disc, streaks through space in a trail of silver ether. Underneath his armor he wears a dark blindfold, so he cannot see with his physical eyes; he relies only on his mind's psychic vision to guide him. He heads toward the ping echoing telepathically to him... from Kirbynite's home planet, Pop Star. As he enters the atmosphere of the planet, having finally reached his destination, he becomes more alert of what he should look out for. He heads toward the ground at an amazing speed, but pulls up at the last second, skimming the open fields of Green Greens. Schwa sees creatures along his flight-- these ones are a lot cuter than the ones he's normally used to fighting. "Why, of all places, would Sensae send me here?" Schwa thinks aloud. He thinks about the cheerful atmosphere of this place for a while... letting his mind wander... but keeping the same amazing speed... He has no idea of the figure up ahead, also in the air via a Warpstar... a situation prone to a mid-air collision, which is JUST about to happen. |

| OoC Rick Gerbil: We're sorry, but our Dreamlander is in another castle. OoC Kirbynite: *tackles Rick* Knock it off. I visit PopStar every so often. ------------------------ Kirbynite still didn't understood himself. Despite going on random adventures, despite living in a house full of old friends, despite all those positive things he had going, he was depressed. Everyone in his household told him what it probably was. However, he wouldn't believe them. A vacation away from earth could help him out. He could visit his old stomping grounds and birthplace. He could also speak to his parents. Kirbynite: Ma and Pops were just poking fun at me... Unfortunately, he left the Mt. PopStar in even more frustration. Both Kirby PopStar and Marina Liteyears have seen a lot more than their son, but Kirbynite refused to believe them. He wasn't in this much disarray anytime someone he had gotten close disappeared. Kirbynite: People I know have disappeared before... It's gotta be some kinda ailment. Can't be mind tricks... maybe it's a curse.. That's it. It's gotta be a curse. Maybe I could speak with Danielle and Mewtwo.. The pink Dreamlander was unable to pay attention to the fact that someone was heading in his direction. He didn't realize this until his Warp Star made contact with a certain Psi Warrior. The sky was lit up in a dazzling display of colors and fire. Kirbynite fell through the colored smoke, crashed through the thick branches in the Whisper Wood and landed ontop of a Cappy. Kirbynite: Oof... oooh... what...*growls* Alright... who did that? Show yourself! |

| As the collision takes place... Schwa's crystal disc is shattered into hundreds of tiny shards. The surprised, and more than a bit humbled Schwa, falls to the ground. He hears someone speak, and stands up. "It is I, Schwa the Psi Warrior. I am an embodyment of the Living Assets, Virtue, Respect and Honor. However, I wasn't paying attention to the road at the moment... I was thinking about this place. It's a kinda cheerful planet, eh? Are you the king or something? Something tells me you're some kind of leader." Schwa's right fist flares in a ball of bright, sky-blue ether (spiritual energy), in case Schwa finds a need to defend himself. He's having an extremely hard time keeping up a steady concentration at the moment, after the shock of the collision. But Schwa refuses to show signs of weakening-- so far there hasn't even been a fight! |

| ((You're gonna have to work hard to get a fight out of me )) Kirbynite: N-no.. I'm just the prince. Pops is the one you'd have to speak to if you want the king of PopStar. The red cap sporting Dreamlander felt a bit awkward. The stranger's politeness had pierced through his clouded mind. However, the ball of energy forming around Schwa's right hand was a bit unsettling. Kirbynite positioned his right arm behind his back, ready to reach into his yellow backpack if a weapon was needed. Kirby's mind was now teetering between logic and his normal mindset Kirbynite: You're... you're not on some kinda.. assassination trip, are you? |

| "Only if you're evil," Schwa replies, "And your thoughts tell me you aren't. Wait a sec..." Schwa concentrates for a moment, and goes on, "Your thoughts also tell me there's a fellow on the planet named King DeDeDe. So who's the real king? Are you trying to pull one over me?" Schwa's just messing around with the capped Kirby, but he wants to see if his reaction is agressive. OOC: Yeah, I can tell... but Schwa only "fights" evil foes, the rest are just sparring matches.  |

| Kirbynite took a step back. He was dealing with a psychic. Or did this person really read his mind? Kirbynite: I definitely don't know who you are, but you can't pull any tricks on me. I've got a Dark type stuck in my DNA, and it's allowed me to avoid anything that can be directly related to a Psychic type (Well, only attacks...). Everyone on this planet knows that Kirby made a deal with King Dedede, and became co-ruler of the planet. ... uh.. I forgot why Pops got the planet's name on his own... But that's besides the point! The Dreamlander approaches Schwa, still keeping his hand to his back. Kirbynite: Either you leave now, or you tell me what's going on! ((It's hard to put lots of description when there's no fighting yet  )) |

| OOC: Well you're doing a pretty good job anyway... Schwa smiles. "My powers are not Psychic, they're Psi. Psychic power is the power of the mind, while Psi, a variation, is the power of the Soul and Spirit. "Don't be frightened. I'm not here to hurt anyone, but... OWWW!!!" At this time, a Capsule-J enemy, flying around recklessly, crashes into Schwa's side and flies away without letting Schwa see him. Schwa is knocked over, but he does a handstand-flip to get back upright, and immediately attacks Kirbynite with a barrage of energy rings (which do holy damage) that fire in a flurry from his right palm. "Why did you DO that!!? And HOW??? I trusted you, but that'll change right now. Fight me!" Schwa's hands flare with blue ether, ready to attack a second time. Apparently, Schwa believes Kirby is the one who attacked him somehow. |

| The pink Dreamlander is pelted with every single energy ring. Kirbynite stumbles backwards, as each ring burns away at his skin. At the end of the barage, Kirby falls onto his back, twitching away as the smoke billows from the red capped creature. Kirbynite: I am soooooo not in the mood for this crap. Using his clouded frustration, Kirbynite rolls backwards. After two rolls, he pushes himself from the ground. He pulls out pink and white striped rod with a star at one end, and presses a button on the handle. After landing, he holds up the Star Rod in the same manner one would hold a rifle. Kirbynite: Get off the planet, now. Several rounds of star shaped objects shot out of the starry tip and headed straight for Schwa. |

| "First tell me why and how you attacked me," Schwa replies aggressively. He holds his hands together, and they flare up with blue ether, the foolproof way to deflect any attack so long as he concentrates. He couldn't have been more mistaken. The first star slams into his ether hands, shattering and breaking the ether shield in the process! The rest of the stars slam into him, full force, without any of his defenses up. He flies backward... "Dude! It's not possible! Nothing can break Psi powers... can they? I'll fix this... Thunder Glider!!" (echo effects) Schwa thrusts his hands downward while flying backward, and a ball of ether gathers below and behind him. The ball changes shape into a top-shaped blue platform, and becomes solid. Schwa lands perfectly on the small platform, and it begins to hover off the ground. "I can't use my defenses against that Rod of yours, Kirby. That means I'll have to go against you aggressively. I swear I will not stop until you talk!" Schwa focuses, and the top flies 10 feet in the air. White ether gathers around Schwa's right fist as he concentrates intensely-- Out of the tip of the top fires a thunderbolt aimed at Kirbynite, fired through Schwa's concentration. It moves at the speed of an arrow for medium damage... |

| Kirbynite: But I didn't attack you-- There wasn't much chance for him to react. Kirbynite was bolted by Schwa's attack. The Dreamlander's body shot off into the air, no doubt due to his amazingly low defensive body. He gritted his teeth as he soared through the air. He managed to shift his weight around enough to stop spinning. He held his Star Rod downward, and once again fired another barage of Star Shot Bullets. He stops his raining star attack as soon as he started to descend. He holds up his Star Rod above his head and dives Schwa. |

| "What? You didn't? Oh geez..." Schwa, knowing he can't deflect Star Power that well, tries a different approach. Concentrating, Schwa fires lightning at each Star that comes close to him, destroying them in explosions. As Kirbynite dives at him, Schwa flies the Glider upwards and catches him by the hands, then descends and holds him underneath the Glider. He pins Kirbynite to the ground with the Glider, sending slight static through the top to make a tingling feeling. "Then, friend, tell me what hit me. I have no idea what goes on in this planet of yours, and you should know a helluva lot better than I. Talk!" Schwa sends a light shock through the platform, showing his aggressive means. |
