What's your (realistic) dream car that you'd literally kill to own? What you've always dreamed of having? No, I don't mean those state-of-the-art, high-class, super-expensive, fancy shmancy type cars (McLaren F1s, Ferarris, Lamborginnis, etc) that noone is assured of having, but one that's affordable (in the least bit) and suits your automotive tastes.

Me? I'm DYING to own a Porsche (I don't care what kind it is; they're all cool except for the 911 Targa and Cayenne) (Cayennes are okay though, but surely not worth what they sell for nowadays). They may be expensive, but they're just oh so cool. 11 speaker sets, 8,000 HP, smooth handling, awesome interior design. Just mix in the right colors and it's a good ol' fashioned Pimp Mobile.

Funny, I bought a car today, actually. A Ford Transit Model 1990. 15 000 kr (ca. 2 000 USD). We'll be using it for driving to different places during the traditional 17-days-long party that Secondary School Seniors have in this country between May 1st and May 17th. It's not what you'd call a beautiful car or anything, but having a tacky, old car is actually part of the tradition during the Senior-celebration.

As for my dream car. A Chevrolet Silverado 3500 would be neat. Yeah, I know that might seem odd, but I just think pick-up trucks are absolutely neat.

I wouldn't mind an old vette, but a Toyota Hybrid ( I forget its exact name).

Beautiful gas mileage.

2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STi

But I'm happy with my 2000 Ford Mustang

Toxic: You mean the Prius. Yeah, great gas mileage, but at a HUGE cost You get 76 hp. That can't even get you up a hill at a decent speed. You don't have any freaking muscle in a Prius (or Civic Hy, if you go Honda)

I want a Viper GTS or a Mitsubishi 3000GT... BUT the car that I want the most would have to be a Subaru WRX with a kickass system and set up for rally races.

Lotus Elise, Mistubishi Lancer Evo VII, V, any convertable Saab or Volvo, Hummer, any Aston Martin, anything that is modern with an Enlgish pedigree

I have to say that the British make the most desirable sports cars in the world... Those with lots of money always go for English sports cars because they're powerful, engaging, luxurious, prestigious and fast.
You won't find that combination with many other sports cars.

If you know a rich guy, he'll probably own a Mercedes. If you know a very rich guy, he'll own a Bentley, Jaguar or an Aston Martin

How cool would it be to have a James Bond car?

Very, very damned cool My favorite Bond car is the BMW Z3, but if you could have any, it would have to be the classic Bond Aston Martin I can't remember it's name, though

The DB5?

That was the one that Timothy Dalton was in for the 1st time, I think...I haven't seen it in a long time, and I forget.

The Z3 was awesome too though. TWINE was a great movie

Hmmm... It was before Timothy Dalton... I'm thinking Sean Connery.

Hmmm... Just remembered another awesome Bond car... The Lotus Elise that becomes a submarine!
Or maybe the BMW 5 series with the remote control

I want a tricycle, just like the one I had when I was young

But, if I can't get my hands on that, I want either a black BMW 325i or a Delorean DMC-12. It's not like I can get any of those at the moment, or any car for that matter. I don't even have a license yet.

I KNEW IT! Once a Texan, always a Texan!

My dream car is the one I have now, only modified a bit more... either with the MB 6.3 and an aftermarket turbo/nitrous, an MB 5.6 modded for high output, or the 4.5 in it now with heads, pistons, and cams from a 3.5, for a 12.6:1 compression ratio, aftermarket injector control system, and modern ignition... should be good for 500HP easy plus it looks so nice

Ah, i love cars. I'd have to go with an entire fleet of cars. Let's get this shit started.

Most expensive car ever - Ferrari F50
Hella expensive car - Mercedes SL55 AMG
Expensive Car - Porsche 911 GT3
Pricey Car - BMW M3 convertable
Chedda Car - Lincoln Navigator
Relatively Cheap car - Mazda RX8

of course, all of these would need to be rocking phat rims, 20s on all the cars and 30s on the Navi. Also, I'd probably tune out my RX8 and M3, the rest are too nice to touch in that way. And above all they all need to have bumbin' pioneer or alpine systems to blast the clothes right off the fine chikas.
