You'll get the hidden Dino Rhino images to work with the sprite, except the flames will be invisible. The interaction with Mario is up to you, but the flames still hurt him either way. If you want to see them properly, just change the graphics index to be sure.
It seems like replacing almost any sprites data with the Dino Rhinos will do that, however, when you jump on it, it turns into different things
