| Ok. I am getting freakin mad at my damn cpanel. I am trying to get my damn thingy mabob to work, but ofcourse theres a problem with a couple files( they arent writable), and so i have to imput my ftp info. Ok, so i make an ftp account. But every time I put the info in, it says, "Unable to connect to FTP server with this combination of details." *throws shoe at computer* Anyways...Can someone PLEASE help me..  Server: localhost Username:forum@gametech.mihopa.com Password:****** Install Path: /forum wtf did i do wrong?!??!!  |

| I'm no expert at this, but perhaps the servername is your problem? Localhost works when connecting to something on localhost. Otherwise, wouldn't it seem a tad ambiguous? Perhaps try your IP address in the server field? | |||

Put only "forum" in the username and "gametech.mihopa.com" for the server, instead of having them both in the username ... with what you said, that's all I can think of  |
