I did that allready, and I'm one of those who doesn't think it's such a bad idea. But it only is good where the sunrise in summer is at a way different time than in winter.

I set back my clock about a minute before Daylight Savings Time ended. I wanted to see what happened on that TV Listings channel, and I did. It screwed up on a blue screen, to a gray screen, followed by returning to normal with every channel listed twice, or even three times. It showed what was on now, and what was on an hour ago.

I don't do it... I know everyone else does, but I think it is more trouble than it is worth, and since all the shows are in eastern time zone, I kinda of just follow that.

I never really liked the idea...

Yes, it may have seemed like a good idea in Ben Franklins time... but not now...

I mean... whose afraid of a little darkness in the morning?

When I first read this thread I was thinking, "I wonder how many suckers are gonna forgot to set the clock back?"

This morning I woke up an hour early.

Eh, there's a word for that: busted.

My computer sets its clock back, but the rest of the clocks don't. I do think it's stupid, but I'd rather have the right time.
And there is a way you could be late, but... I don't feel like explaining it. Heh heh, suckers.

I shoulda watched that. Mine screws up all the time. Sometimes it just repeats channel 72 over and over without listing the shows, and a few times it would go through the channel list but not show what's on. I think their database program's messed up. Sometimes it stays like that for days.
If I put it on right after the power comes on, I can watch it start up. It's running OS/2. The music plays even while it's starting though, so I assume it runs through a different system.
