Use iTunes for the Mac in my room, but on this one I use a program called IrfanView. It's actually supposed to be a graphics viewer, but it's got a bunch of downloadable plugins that let it do more than that. It's not pretty or skinnable, but it plays my music, and that's all I want.

I do have Windows Media Player on here, but I never use it. Takes too long to load. Because my computer's cursed. It has WinME for an OS. Feel free to point and laugh now, even though it wasn't my idea to have it on there... -.-;;

I know no one is going to agree with me, but I use Windows Media Player 9 Series. I haven't tried Winamp yet, but it sure sounds really good, I wonder if Winamp can play videos?

Pegasus, Winamp can play video.

I use Winamp all the time. I have 5.02, but I use the classic 2.x skin.

Winamp 3... almost as bad as RealPlayer (but the fact remains: RealPlayer < all else).

I've used Winamp since the version of 2.2, I believe. I used Winamp 2.9 until 5 came out.

It's fast and simple to use.

iTunes (PC) is too slow for me, takes too long to do anything.

What's this I keep hearing on iTunes being slow? Sure 4.1 was slow, but a later update fixed that, and 4.2 is faster yet. It's as fast as WMP when they're both started. Might take a few sec to start though.

iTunes is faster than before. I plan on getting an iPod soon, so might as well get use to it. iTunes grew on me from using it in Digital Media and when it came out for Windows, i d/led and have been using it ever since.

I voted XMMS because I use Beep Media Player, which is a fork of XMMS that uses GTK2 for rendering (read: it has perty antialiased fonts, and I like perty shit, so there ya go). I like the Winamp-style interface and the skinability, so it works for me.
