| I remember seeing a flash movie, where a bunch of Final Fantasy characters, after defeating their big baddies, sometime later, are transported to an island where other FF characters are. They kill the crap out of each other, too. I bet, sooner or later, Square Enix will end up milking the franchises so much, a game will come off this concept. | And Ehgriz fucking blew XD If they're going to make another FF spin off it should be a different spin on the same universe. Like cast the characters into a different light. What if Shin-Ra were being helpful and Cloud, Tifa, Barrett, etc. were really just terrorists. What if they had no justification? What if Sephiroth was trying to warn Cloud of something, etc. (This raises questions due to Aeris's mad serving by the masamune). You know, or simply remake 4, 5 and 6 in really groovey graphical styles. Imagine a remake of FFIV done in an entirely Amano style. Moving Amano characters and backgrounds. |

| I like Ziff's spinoff idea best. I always kinda wondered if AVALANCHE really was just a terrorist group. It kinda raises some excellent questions on the subject of FF7's place in society at the time it was made... Would it be released now? I mean, it glorifies OMG TERRORISM. I think Square should give us a sequel to something like Einhander or a REAL sequel to FFTactics, one that uses the old battle and job system and isn't so racist. I miss charge times.
