| If you get a punture wound like that it's BAAAAD to take it out. Reason is that blood will start spurting everywhere. And this is your heart we're talking about. It would be the same deal if you cut into your leg or foot with an axe. Taking it out would be the worst possible thing. So, given the adrenaline he had from injuring himself, and the fact that he didn't take it out, he was smart enough to save himself by driving home to his wife. Brilliant! Though, I imagine he was probably in excruciating pain. | |||
