| I am posting this thread asking for help. If anyone has any idea on a debate case that lies under the resolution: That the United States Federal Government should establish a foriegn policy substantially increasing its support of United Nations Peacekeeping Operations. I have looked at Liberia, but I can't find any information and all that stuff, so if you wouldn't mind can you bounce some ideas off me? |

i think the UN situation has come to be "too little, too late". If we had invested enough time and resources in the UN in the past few decades, maybe we wouldn't have the squabling, corrupt, weakened farce of global law  |

| He's got a point; Foreign policy has dwindled since the days of WWII, when we decided to send a horrifying human wall at fortified France. And then there was the Korean War, the Cold War, Vietnam, the Gulf War, Cambodia, and the list keeps growing. "Global Law" can't really exist because every country has a different set of values. |

| Exactly while it is easily debated (I think), maybe I wasn't fully cleared, but I basically have to make a plan that will go into some country and help them out somehow, and it has to do with the UN and peacekeeping stuff. Humanitian aid somehow counts, but for what reason is beyond me. |
