Everytime I use blocktool to insert a new block, all old ones I've inserted before are getting erased. I get around this by re-insertig all blocks at once, but at about 35 custom bocks I make mistakes now and then by inserting some blocks at wrong positions. Is there any way to make blocktool NOT erasing all my other custom blocks?

Um, you have to open your hack in Blocktool before you save the custom blocks to the hack...

And when you add a new block to BT list, don't erase the old one. Make sure you're not using the same tile to more than one block.

You aren't using block tool correctly then. You need to load your hack into it, make the blocks you want in the hack each with a different map16 number, and then save it to your hack.

I don't delete the old ones. They just aren't there anymore. I open blocktool, insert some blocks, close it, open it again, and the list is gone.

Are you opening your hack into blocktool each time...?

I think this is not needed. I don't have to open my hack to show the blocks list, it instantly appears...what can be a problem...

It is needed. It just loads the block data from the previous time you do it.

For me, the program changes the description(I don't know about behavior)of all the blocks on that Map16 page.

It's supposed to. It helps find where you inserted it, for it can be confusing if you have a lot of blocks.

Does it mean I have to use a whole page for just one block?

the reason why i'm asking this is because no one will reply to me on my thread, so here it is: can some one give me a tutorial on how to insert blocks into the LM Editor please?
