| ...and so does Hiryuu. Yea, he would've flown too, but after that accident he was a little bit...disoriented. He rolled off Anya's back and on the ground and took a minute to get his bearings straight. Current position...ground...current eyesight...towards sky and a slightly annoyed Anya...current hearing... Hiryuu: "HEY! WHAT'S GOING ON!?" Oh yea...definitely fucked up that hearing for a sec...but it's fine now... Hiryuu: ~Okay...don't need to yell...~ "Eheheh...sorry about that. Didn't think I was hitting the MAX button...I was going for MUTE." Hiryuu stretched and opened his mouth a few times in attempts to manually pop his ears. Wasn't working too well still after that. And then at that moment, she started to remember this one TV program where this guy was on a giant cell phone, talking very loudly while in quite areas. She had to laugh out loud about that thought. | Anya sighs and shakes her head. She sorta knew what Hiryuu was getting at, so why didn't he just come out and say it. She bends down and picks up the apple, and cleans it off. She then turns and walks a few feet away from Hiryuu. Anya throws the apple up into the air and grabs a baseball bat from out of the void and hits the apple, and still intact, it files over towards Hiryuu. | Hiryuu would've facefaulted, had he not been sitting and facing up, actually he probably could've but it would've looked even more weird...instead he just slowly tilted his head towards Anya. Hiryuu: "Please...you wanted to burn time trying to take me on..." Hiryuu sat back and stretched again, tilting his head up... Hiryuu: "I dunno...if you're reeeeally asking for I gueeessss I could buuut...wouldn't you rather...like...want to take someone on that wouldn't decimate you in five minutes...like...Colleen?" "Uh-huh....fine, lets just get this started then, sine you just hate it when I do this."  Her fingers bgin to flash a brighter red now, "Red Pinion!!" Not sure where she came up with the name, but it fits a little bit, at any rate. Several dozen tiny, sharp pins begin to fly out from her finger tips, shooting out at a fast pace towards its target. With the brightness of the noon's sun, its a bit hard to see them with the naked eye. |

| Hiryuu arched an eyebrow...yea...it's been a while...and yet another corny-named magic attack heading his way. Hoy...some things just never got old. One twelve-foot jump and evade manuever later, and one rather large blast when the attack impacted with something other than him... Hiryuu: "Geez...how many of these things do you keep coming up with..." He took a look at what missed him, nothing special...just a large crater from where all the needles exploded on impact. He shook his head, she should know better than to blindly fire off attacks by now... Hiryuu: "And you're not killing dumb dogs or a cleric now..." Moving the sword that he had before him, he closed his eyes... Hiryuu: "Huh boy...just guess I'm going to have to nail you for that now..." ...and the sword burst forth in a multi-colored frenzy of energy that subsided quickly to revealed a charged sword shining pure white with stray wisps of energy coming from it. Lesson one oh one on channeled energy...how to do it with a sword. Hiryuu: "...and trust me...this isn't some Tetsusaiga ripoff the your Inutrasha lustboy has to offer either...but...show and tell then..." Hiryuu kai'd then made a jumping advance and came down at Anya slashing. |

| Hiryuu landed on the ground to press his position with his sword, there was electric-like energy spewing from the point where the swords connected, more out of his sword than the other. Hiryuu: "Darn...and I thought you wouldn't block...ah well..." He then power-thrusted his sword right and away, pushing her Swallow back towards her left, and charge-kicked her opening. |

| Anya's weapon falls from her hands, as the kick sends her to the ground, stomache first. And in an almost "push up" fashion, she pushes herself up from the ground, almost as fast as she was sent there, spins around, and while bent down, she fires off a Flare spell. | |||

| Hiryuu: "Yee..." Dodge-rolling out of the way, Hiryuu reminisced on how much of a pyro Anya was. A scorching black crater about five feet from him with a large amount of heat coming from it was his answer. Not most powerful or whatever, that thing still could probably char him in one fell swoop if he wasn't careful. He got back up. Hiryuu: "Hey, I think you wanted to hit me with that..." He brought his sword up and pointed it straight and her, the tip lighting up. Hiryuu: "Fine..." Hiryuu swung his sword around in a 360 vortex and an energy blast came from the motion, aimed straight towards Anya. |

Nah, who am I kidding?  The blast travels under her, as she flips in the air to avoid it. And as she is falling, she fires off two shots of the Flare spell. This time, one to the right of Hiryuu and the other to the left. |
