Can someone tell me how to edit the trainer backs?
I already tried using rsball but it always says its not a bitmap. while it actually is.
And pokepic cant find the trainerbacks...

they aren't compressed in Ruby and Sapphire. RS Ball isn't the be-all and end-all of graphics. if its not in RS ball, chances are its not compressed or you aren't looking hard enough.
