| Alright, my senior year in high school's finally here. And for science, I copped out of Honors Physics 2 Advanced Placement for a class called The Earth and The Environment. I went from doing kinematics equations to going outside and studying leaves and identifying trees by their leaves and bark. It's kinda paradisial, no really hard classes for Science, leaving me to devote more time to more important core classes. But I find it a bit stupid at the same time. I'm in the same classes as the jackasses in my school who do nothing but smoke pot and screw off in class, and with the exception of a friend of mine and a few other people who have also shown extremely reasonable amounts of intelligence, the people in the class are, for the most part, total idiots. So in the usual style of my thread postings, after this long monologue, I'm asking you all, have you ever had a class like this? One where it's so easy you can turn off your brain and get an A, but it's filled with jackasses at the same time? It's a double-edged sword, I guess. |

| i've certainly been in a class similar to that, only i went the cosmic route and chose an astronomy type class. the most difficult math was involving angstroms, which i had previously used in Honors Chemistry 2 years prior to the shitty astronomy class. it was very pathetic. at the same time, i have difficulty showing up to classes when there is little to no challenge, nothing new to learn, and my fellow classmates barrage of asinine questions and a reoccuring joke about showing the teacher a "full moon" of their own. so instead of class i decided to go out and smoke pot and drink. |

| I'm being taught HTML as of this year. I thought it'd be cool, but it really sucks. They force you to use paragraph tags, and heading tags and all that other crap. I spose it's become more important now because using different tags becomes more powerful when you combine them with stylesheets, which we're learning later on. I also hate it because I hate looking like a prat when showing off. The trouble is that I get so goddamned bored learning how to use heading tags that I inevitably start doing something interesting... Like re-writing the standard 404 message: "The page you requested could not be found because you are a dumbass X Hehe  |

| I am in woodshop, and you could probably figure out everything with this little story. Teacher: Ok only about half the kids who have taken this test have passed it. Students (excpet me): *groan* Teacher hands out the test and msot of the class flunks it, even though it was just a quiz over the drill press, I happened to miss zero and hadn't studied at all. The test was completely common sense yet I was one out of four that passed. Oh not to mention the kid that sits next to me is the freashmen quarterback who trys to threaten me every day, but I always reply with the same answer and he is starting, just maybe, to get the picture. I could have had him expelled on the first day for a threat, but I ignored it and kept ignoring it, because if he decides to hurt me. I will just get back up. I HATE HATE HATE idiots. They piss me off! They complain about stuff and then think just because they have a stronger body makes them better. Happliy I can laugh when they all have bad jobs. (chances are I will be a hermit though, but whatever.) |

| My computer math class is that easy. Kinda loud people but not and stuff like that but I still got me an A. All we do are spreadsheets. So far it's been easy,easy, easy! | In the first grade I had a computer class that was mostly repitions of things I knew, I learnt one or two things about Word and Excel. But that's was it. I spent most of the time doing something else (I knew about the Acmlm board back then, but wasn't a member here. So I didn't visit the board much...). I got the highest grade, for not doing very much... sweet. |

| feh, computer class was a joke. I always blew off the "typing excercises" and did VB6 through the macros in Word now, now theres an asian lady who teahces computers at my highschool, and understanding her is a bit of a hassle at times. But um. I don't gotta take computers until jr. or sr. year in place of one of my droppable courses (I was exempt this year due to my Music course) Easiest course this year? Hm. Still probably Jazz Ensemble the teacher is on crack |
