| Alright, I have a friend who's a really good guy (name's Cameron). We share a lot of the same interests, and he succeeds at nearly everything that he does. That's the thing. Nearly every day, he is always bragging at how he is the best at everything. Whenever he falls short of first place, he always seems to come up with an explanation. That's just part of the problem... This past summer, both he and I revealed to another buddy of mine (Ben) the names of our girlfriends  . I later found out that this was a bad idea, as he ignored our request to keep it secret and told another friend (Paul). The thing is, that Paul is a devoted Christian. I deeply respect this, as I am a strong Christian also, so we are good friends. However, Paul dislikes Cameron for his huge ego problem and likes to pick on him. Oh, I forgot to say something. Cameron's girlfriend just happens to be Ben's younger sister.Several times I have been drawn to Paul's loud voice calling, "Hey! Dom! Cameron's over here!" over top the bustling cafeteria. I don't think that having Cameron being harassed is very acceptable, and I think that it will hurt his and Dom's relationship, so I have a choice to make. do I address Paul and risk being embarassed myself, or do I ask cameron to tone down on his bragging and possibly put our friendship on the line? |
