| My avatar is of Melfina, though it's kind of hard to tell. I won't tell you where to find this picture but its originally from the cover of a hentai doujinshi. I had to snag it because melfina looked awesome there. As for my signiture? I made this about 6 months ago. As some of you may remember, back then, I had been trying to design CD covers for the Metroid Prime and Metroid Fusion OSTs I downloaded (now lost, due to a HDD crash). All that remains of those awesome covers now is my lonely, lonely signiture. So, what's the story with the rest of you? Any special significance to your avatar/signiture/post layout? |

| My avatar was ripped from the background pic from Paranoia -Respect-, from the DDR Party Collection bumper pack for Stepmania. I looked at it, saw the one little face was just the right size and thought, what the hell. For the layout I just picked something Kingdom Hearts-based. Why? | My avatar is Loreille from Ephemeral Fantasia. A long time ago when I was making an Ephemeral Fantasia Layout, I had a small picture of Loreille. I thought it looked pretty good, so I decided to cut it out and make an avatar with it. As for my layout, I kind of like the common creatures of Final Fantasy, so I decided to make a layout with a Cactuar. BGs/Avatar: See custom title.  I made the BGs random because I like to have a little variety (and because I don't recall seeing it done before), and it has the added bonus of not making me choose one. I'm like possessed from the SNES RPG "Rud(o)ra no Hihou", the o in parantheses is not pronounced in the title usually, but used to be written  My avatar I ripped from that game, it's Surlent from his chapter and a chain from the animations - "giving command to cast a spell" - "casting animation" - "victory pose" and loops forever ^^ My experience bar is a simple rip from Breath of Fire II - nothing to special The post background is the japanese title screen from Rudra, while the sig image is a creation of a nice girl "Tequila" I know in another forum =] Since there is no artwork for Surlent at all, I really think she did good work ... doing the character from scratch on. | My avatar was a test to see if animated GIFs can be made with the stable version of Gimp for Windows. As you can see, the answear was yes. It looks kinda cool, so I'm using it. My layout is DOS-esque, of course! I use the 'less' command, since FreeDOS comes with that instead of 'more' in the traditional MS-DOS. The greeting 'Hello, welcome...' is a greeting seen in FreeDOS at boot time by default in the current FreeDOS versions. LYNX is a text-based Web browser. Originally made for Linux, but has been ported to DOS, thus the command in the signature. And to tie it up, a blinking underscore for Netscape/Mozilla/Firefox users (all other browsers just show a static underscore). |

My avatar is a section of a dragon picture, because I'm a dragon fanatic. I love dragons!  (I used a different dragon picture in the beginning, but then I used this one.)My layout is just something that evolved from a simple table layout I used when I first joined way back. It only uses 5 images: the 4 rounded corners, and the post bg. I kept this layout because I like it, it's pretty good, everything is readable (even if homestead goes down, which it never does. ), and the header is 1337 bytes in size (not intentional.  )sigsize.php says I'm 6th for the biggest layout, which may or may not be a good thing.  (It doesn't matter, because of the way layouts are stored, but back on the earlier versions of the board, the layout got saved with the post, so it would've gotten quite big.  |
