What's with the fucking essay? It's like I'm back in school or something. Anyway, Jizuko completly ripped off my essay and made it better. Rat bastard.  But yeah, this looks like it could be good. So I guess I'll just wait for that email that will probably never come. I have bad luck when it comes to being selected for betas. |

| Either the server is down or I'm screwed. I start up the game, it wants to patch it, it gives me some error about server being reset (engrish) and then I can only close the program through the task manager. I disable Windows Firewall and try again, then it says the ftp transaction failed. The funny thing is that I can connect to the ftp server myself (I got the link in the patcher.log file, which evidently says that the connection was successful). |

well the first time i signed up , i could login but after a while servers went down for a bit and when the serv came back up, it said "we are still watching your blah blah blah..." i only got up to lvl 8  Oh and it works perfectly fine for me, the first time i started up the game i had to make sure that the firewall didnt screw the game, but after all that, it works edit:okay did some research, it seems that after that downtime of the serv , everyone gets that error about "we are still procesing your account...." because it seems that they are adding more channels and worlds, so we will have to wait until they finish doing that. PS: oh and that essay about why to join , i heard that its for other closed betas from www.wizet.com or something... so dont worry about that. PSS: so post what are you going to be and which class, there is a buddy list here too =) I will be a warrior.Now lvl 8 and the name is Maxtwo. | I am gonna be an archer...its almost done downloading for me, since I couldnt get it last night, but its been downloading for 20 mins now, and theres about 10 left. edit: well, I have it, but when I try to patch it, it gets to the part where it says building data.wx, and it says maplestory.exe is corrupt... edit2: I ever redownloaded, and reinstalled, still get the corrupt error....anyone else get the error? | Maple Story log - Day 2 Still awaiting acceptance email. The days are long and I grow weary. I haven't shaved in hours. The solitude is getting to me. All I can think about is that whole other world in which people are playing this game but not me. I can get to the log in screen but not past it. Still...awaiting...email My feet are starting to bleed. But yet, I wait....as the seconds...minutes....hours even....go on and on like an endless pendulum of self demise. |

| I played maple story for a while about 4 days ago. SOME THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW- -Maple Story until recently did not require one to actually get a confirmation e-mail before they could play. -It is believed that every account made before the day before yesterday will be deleted, because the GM's were not ready to have players yet, and the log-in bug messed things up. -They should be reading the applications now, try and log into the game, if it says something like "This is not authorized" instead of the usualy "Proccessing" then you have been rejected. -The server is down, and has been for 30+ hours  -I'm baaaaaack. |
