| Over the course of Jade's progress, I've been working on a hack of FF2. I've also displayed some screenshots of Jade's potential, as well as FF2's potential. I can take a hint, nobody likes the game. But why? Well, over some bullshit polls and opinions I've been gathering, there are a few reasons. (None to be disclosed, aside from Jathys's "FF sucks" response.) So, I'll be making a hack to try and correct some of the obvious problems with FF2. | I never had a problem with FF2 (assumedly FF2j) to begin with. Other than the fact that you can get mercilessly slaughtered by monsters by stepping 4 feet off the intended path, it's a bit different from the others and that's why I like it. Reminds me of Secret of Mana's weapon, spell, attack leveling system. | |||

OK, I lied.  As promised, but maybe not here, SCREEN SHOTS!  Showing off the new font.  That's not normal damage, that's much higher.  Multi target spells, also higher damage.  Firion's starting stats, with 10 minutes of game play.  Maria's starting stats, with 10 minutes of game play.  Gus's starting stats, with 10 minutes of game play.  Minh's starting stats, with 10 minutes of game play. I can assure you, those stats are not achivable with 10 minutes of play. Also, since the font has undergone a huge transition, there are now many added weapon and armor icons. |
