I had for... 3 months and he died. I once had a golfish that lived longer than that  Oh well. I miss having a lizard around to give my room a touch of jungle-y life. |

| Well, the thing that most people don't realize is that reptiles will live at least 8 years in captivity. I don't know of a single specie that is common in the pet trade the just won't make it to 8 years. Animals that people generally let die within 5 years, like Ball pythons and leopard geckos can sometimes live up to 30 + years. I just wish that people would take better care of animals. I'm getting a ball python soon, and I intend for it to have a long happy life with me. |

I used to have a turtle, that thing was the shit. It just never like....did anything, though. My parrents got sick of it too and made up some story about it making my sister sick so they threw it in a river  oh yeah. and did I mention it stockpiled its own fecial excrements in a small nook on the side of the tank for NO apparent reason?  |
