| I have actually never fallen asleep in class even once...I've seen other people fall asleep in class though. I think it'd be funny if the teacher put some really hard test on the sleeper's desk...they'd wake up and "OMG A TEST! I WON'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME!" | |||

| Actually, I never have fallen asleep in class...I can't fall asleep in cars either, and I have a hard time even in some hotel rooms. My parents, on the other hand...whichever of them isn't driving on long car trips is usually sleeping. |

| I often doze off and find someone poking me awake, but those aren't deep sleeps where the teacher actually comes up and shakes me awake. That's only happened a few times, only once in High School. And I did have good emotional excuses for annoying insomnia at the time. | |||

| Well I fall asleep at a specific time at school and I have no idea why, my math teacher thinks im on drugs or something. Also alot of the time the work is so easy I get bored and nearly fall asleep since they put me in the lowest clasess. | |||

| in grade 8 i had a sleeping problem and i slept in class everyday. the teacher placed the handout sheets under my face and if there were a test she would've nudged me awake or told the person sitting next to me to wake me up. in grade 9 i slept almost everyday in my two morning periods and would only be awake for tests in grade 10 i slept in my morning classes but since the teachers werent as lenient with it, i had to cover my sleeping with my books, binders or just cover my eyes with my hand and look like im focusing on working (I slept with my hand holding my head up) so far, i've dozed off a little in the past week but never really fell asleep so i was still able to write my notes and such. i didnt pass grade 8 and got "transfered" to highschool i failed three courses in grade 9 (two of those courses were my first period classes everyday) and i got maybe three 50s and lots of 60s and 70s in grade 10. dont sleep in class. |

Yep, many times. Only History and English classes. Unless the teacher yells at me, nobody ever pokes me awake or anything, I just eventually come out of it very confused.  Especially during movies, I can't handle it. |

Just a few weeks ago in a driver's ed course I fell asleep.  I wasn't the first one (it was 4 days with 8 hours a day ((9, 10, 11, insert correct one here) -> 5, ugh) and ... meh. Plus in many other classes I get bored doing 3rd grade work and fall asleep. And these are the normal classes, mind you |

| Not so much before I was 16, but after that, I did, several times. Especially in my 1st hour class (no matter what the subject was). Well, save for this one math class that I had for first hour. If you fell asleep, you would have to get a detention slip. So in that case, I would fall asleep in my 2nd hour. This was because I started to work while still in high school. So I would wake up at 5:30am, head off to school, get off at 3:30pm, then take the bus to work, work until midnight, then head home, finish any homework that I may had left over, and then try to get some sort of sleep. I did this all throughout high school, plus there were sometimes that I had to stay afterschool for drama. | |||

| The only times I got close to falling asleep during a class was in Information System one year ago. The class was very boring and the teach spoke with the same tone during the whole two hours of the class. One of my teachers last year said that he was happy when he saw students sleeping because that's when our short term memories become long term memories. |
