| I declare this the official Fable thread. It ships in 13 hours and Im eagerly awaiting for it to arrive at my door step. During my first play through Im gonna be a Tyrant. My first goal is to learn fire magic, then ill go to villages and kill everyone and when im done killing ill burn it down. If there villians to side with ill join them and when they least expect it ill kill them all. *evil laughter* My second play through will be purly heroic. I want to see the two extremes of the game and from there I guess ill just keep trying new things until Halo 2 comes out. |

| The game sounds rather interesting, to say the least. If I had an XBOX, I too would probably have pre-ordered it, but I don't. Also, I have never played Halo, and I probably won't play this one. So basiccally what I am trying to ask is that if I had a change to get Halo for $20 (I do), would it be worth it? Back on topic Fable should be a very interesting game, I look forward to learning more about it, and possibly even buy an XBOX to play it as well. The idea of going between two extremes is rather interesting, but I could never find myself to do anything cruel to the NPC's and the like in-game unless they attacked me first. If anyone remembers Planescape: Torment, it was very text-based, and you could choose to do rather violent things to the people within it, depending on your stats. Oh my, I am trailing too far off topic, I will stop while I am ahead. If any of you wish to answer my questions but feel that they are too off-topic, feel free to PM me. |

That Masakos a model Acmlmer I might have the game already, i told my mom to pick it up while I was at school so ill just have to go see, but if anything I heard EB games country wide have them already so ill get it there. Ive chosen to be evil at first just because its something new, for 15 years Ive been a hero, now I get to see what havok I can create. The concept is just very intruiging to me. I cant wait to play it. |

| Im probly gonna get it Friday or Thursday, I have to trade in a few games though. I think ill trade FFX,FFX-2,PSO(GC),and URU. Im looking forward to the game but merely for something to do since the hype doesn't seem to live up tothe actual game(but ill decide for myself when I play it). | This game is going to absolutely rock too the fullest. I'll hopefully get it tommorow, although I haven't pre-ordered the game, I'm sure I can find it somewhere, and I do have the money. Well, about the game. What are you guys going to play as? As in, Evil, or Good? I'm going to try to contain myself and be both good and evil, or just neutral. I'd say one of the best things in this game is that you can actually kill off an entire village, declare yourself mayor of town, and sell off the homes when people start reappearing in the village, while you are the real estater.  Another funny fact, you can have up to 10 or more wives from what I've heard. I don't know what actual good a wife serves you in the game, since I'm pretty sure the family idea was scrapped from the game long ago. Nonetheless, from what I've seen from multiple IGN video reviews, this game does in fact look somewhat "Zelda-ish" and looks really great. Another game to hold me over till Halo 2. |

| I took roughly 9-10 games to trade in at GameStop for it and im talking decent games such as FFX-2,Xenosga etc. They offered me 14 bucks for them all, I turned it down and left fairly disgruntled. I dunno if ill be getting it any time soon due to lack of cash. | |||

| Why, God, why won't you release it for PC? I don't WANT an Xbox! I realize only time will tell, but this thing might actually be the straw that breaks the camel's back for me. I got it yesterday and its awesome, Im trying to be an evil guy but so far being evil kinds sucks...little kids are scared of me, men want me dead, and women find me repulsive. Physically my character has become all pale and scarred up from spending too much time in the dark woods fighting monsters. Hes also started to sprout horns....and loose his hair and he combed it over, so when I run the comb over flaps up and sways in the wind. Im not sure if its a result of being evil but I dont want to be bald. Im looking for a barber to see what he can do, but when I go into a town I get fined for every little thing I do. |

| Exactly if you just stick to the story and speed through it using Magic (which ages you faster) youll have a short game, but if you take your time and see everything the game has to offer your in for a long run. My evil character has grown really long horns and he has red eyes and scared everywhere. He also has a red Aura when he stands still, and hes even more bald  I also started the game as a good guy. The ladies love me, and I only have one scar across my eye, which I hate because its so cliche'. I also hust bought a magic skill called Bersek, in which my character will double in size and become super powerful. And I bought a dress  |

| I played it today at my friends. It's really cool how deep the game goes, but it seems like it could get redundant. It's got great ideas, but I don't know how cool smashing x and sometimes hitting y could be. |
