While we're at it, why is it that the popular majority says that george w bush is a complete moron who doesnt know how to tie his own shoes, yet they're the same people saying that he masterminded this internation conspiracy dealing with 9/11? |

While I don't take conspiracy theories that seriously, I'm not gonna blindly believe everything the US government says either. There's just so many things that aren't logical in the 9/11 scenario, from the pentagon "plane" vanishing to NORAD not intercepting the hijacked planes, and don't forget WTC 7 collapsing hours later with what people outside described as "sounds of detonations"... I have a lot of doubts about what the government's telling us. |

| The planes crashed into the tower. The fuel burned. The towers are built to withstand earthquakes. The initial explosion tore through the building, but the supports still kept the top up, as they are designed to. The burning jet fuel weakened said supports as high heats often do to metals. Thus, the weight of the upper floors weighed down onto these weakening supports. Slam, bam, wham, thank you ma'am. |

| Although the site champions the use of science to challenge everything, I feel that they're only challenging what the government told them. Science should be used in a universal manner, and not just to explain one theory alone. As always, I take choice cuts of bit of column A and columm B to sum up the events. It is my belief that key people in the US government knew that such a threat existed, and did nothing through either complacency or calculation. However, I don't believe the theories that the US government orchestrated everything. Those theories stink and rely on pieces of evidence or speculation that they spoonfeed you, and then happily fit into equations. (edited by Tomo Takino on 09-14-04 06:26 PM) |

| It happened and that is all that mattered, but it does seem odd that after such an event and after saying we were going to find Bin Laden, and yet the media focus is on the war in Iraq it seems suspscious. Still peolpe take theories to far. |
