Yes, I picked up LeafGreen. And sweet Jesus. Am I impressed. So impressed, that my gramma is shitorific.

To start, the graphics are improved, and there is more clarity than in Ruby or Sapphire. I went back to play Yellow today for kicks, my lord, I can't play that game anymore. After that, it is just a far more balanced videogame than before. For example, slowbro is no longer the untouchable force of absolute evil that he used to be. With the introduction of Dark and Steel type, he can't fuck all that much up anymore. Which is depressing, because now I won't be able to use my all Slowbro team effectively anymore.

The adapter is the selling point of this game. The range (says 3 metres) is probably about 12, assuming there is little obstruction and no major electronics are running, and no one is moving too much. Me and my buddy experimented. It cuts out at 5-6 metres with either obstructions or computers running around you. It cuts out at 3 metres when 2 people are moving away from each other. But we've managed to pretty much pull off a twelve metre play range, but that is with MAD lag, and the occasional shut down of the link, but smartly, it doesn't automatically discontinue what is happening. If the range is broken then the players are told that there is an error and the game is paused until the other player is back in range. It is pretty groovey.

I have Fire Red and Im loving it! The wireless adapter is pretty useless right now since no one else has the game yet. I really like the music its just great. Oh, and theyve even added new moves.

I've heard of a sticker like patch that you can attach to the Wireless Adaptor to extend the range of the microwaves that it produces, these have also been made for things like Cell Phones, which I think use the same type of waves. It's possible that the patch isn't made just for the WA but was just taken and put on it by someone, but it works well I heard. It's about 60 dollars though, don't know what that comes out in any other types like yen or pounds, but it's about the price of a new game, just to allow you to extend the reach of your connection alot

Can you please find the info about this? I'm intrested.

And well, BTW. Three meters is longer than the regualar link cable. So it's alot better. And finally we can play comfortably in the sofa, instead of being so stuck together me and my sis.

Leafy>Firey.

Yes, I've always liked green leafy games (yes, a little obscure), so I just bought LeafGreen. Yes it's awesome. But, I'll never really be able to wirelessly link up. None of my friends would buy that game, they would probably ridecule me if they found I like Pokemon! (heh, probably not, but they would find it a little wierd)

Kirby ATW: The Wireless Adaptors are being sold separately, I saw a few at Walmart for around 20$.

As for the games... I've been wanting one of them. Not sure which one, but I know they're both good...

When somebody asked me if i was going to get one, i asked about the games avaliable now, and they said pokemon, or digimon racing XP I'll pass for now, until i see something worth owning, hopefully there will be something...

its jsut my guess, but i think that nintendo will release mario kart advance, and a new edition of mario golf, with wireless adapter compatability, because those sons of bitches do stupid shit like that, so that the people who bought the originals get fucked royaly. then you would have to buy the adapter so you would spend about 50.00

then the game takes you a week to beat.
