So I take it next year we'll have the big 9/11 concert live from Central Park with a huge bill of stars and fireworks and a real party atmosphere?

It was mentioned a BIT in the news today but Canada... well... had more important things to worry about. Such as beating the Czech Republic 4-3 in OT to advance to the final of the World Cup of Hockey.

Hell, all of Africa is infested with that horrid disease. So, for your information, these places are all in a continent called Africa, which sits between the Indian Oceon and the Atlantic Ocean. To the North is the Mediterranean and Europe. And there are almost no countries in that entire continent that aren't starving or suffering. So, me saying "African" can denote any of those poor people.

one of the most horrible cataclysmic offshoots of the events that transpired after the 11th was the acceleration ideas similar to this. although the framework for the new american century project had been long in the making, the world trade center attacks gave those able to act ample opportunity to advance their goals before all the dust had settled..

or so i hear. i don't follow these things much.

Those are real pictures. Given a choice between death by falling and death by being trapped inside a burning and collapsing building, people chose to jump. I also remember reading one eyewitness account of a person who tried to slide down the outside of one of the towers and only made it a couple of floors until he lost grip and fell.

Out of all the 9/11 pictures, I think the falling people ones affected me the most. It's still disturbing to look at them even 3 years later.

I saw pictures of people jumping out from the WTC, but not pictures of that high quality.

And oh, Anna Lindh died for a year ago, on 11 september, she got murdered (or more like badly hurt by someone with a knife) on 10 september. So the news was mostly was about WTC and Anna Lindh yesterday.

The falling people made me laugh. I laughed so god damned hard when I saw some of those videos. Probably because I just found out that my third cousin had hanged himself a week before the event. And you know, watching people I don't know and probably don't give a shit about die made me feel better.
