| I'm not talkiing about quality. Like I said, it's like one big lie. It doesn't matter how good it may be, the fact is that it never happened in whatever it is you're reading's continuity. But then again, I guess that just the type of fan I am when it comes to my entertainment. For example, I love Star Wars. I read Star Wars novels that are considered canon. That is, they actually "count" for what goes on in the fictional Star Wars universe. So, if John Q. Customer from Nowheresville was to write a Star Wars fanfic, there would be no point in me reading it. It never happened and reading it would be a big waste of time for me. |

| Okay, not saying that's right or wrong or anything, or that what I'm reading is anywhere near 'correct' but it's just creativity at (hopefully) its best. And like I said, choice, don't really have to do it or anything...not like anyone's forcing you. It'd be really sad too if that happened...so sad I can't even create a vivid image of that happening in my head it's that sad. |
